Hi ya'll! Kidding, I'm not from Texas. But my grandparents are, and I swear my mom thinks she is because she'll randomly start talking in a southern accent for no real reason. Trust me, it's really weird, especially when she forgets to stop doing it at the drive through lane...yeah, awkward! So anyway, for anyone who cares enough to read my profile, let me just start with the basics and get it out of the way. I'm about 5'3'', so kinda short, and I have long wavy auburn (brown with reddish highlights) hair and brown eyes. I'm really petite and my skin is naturally tan. I don't consider my self ugly, but I'm certainly not drop dead gorgeous. I'm more of a Plain Jane. I have an unhealthy obsession with unicorns (weird, right?), I like the color aqua, and my favorite flavor of ice cream is Mint Chocolate Chip. The white kind, not the green kind, because it reminds me too much of pistachio ice cream (ICK!).

I guess some people would consider me a bit of a teacher's pet, because I'm really quiet in class and get good grades and stuff, but I think there's a difference between respectful and kiss-upy. I call myself a hypocritical introvert, because I really like my space but I don't like to be alone in crowded places or whatever. I didn't use to have such a big space bubble, but there was this one girl at my old school. So, she came late in the year, right? I had too, so my teacher thought, hey! Let's stick the two new girls together! I was like, sure why not? Oh, boy. So I say hi to this girl when she sits down next to me, and suddenly we're BFFLANOCTUA (best friends for life and no one can tear us apart)... her words, not mine! She pronounced it like "biff-lan-oak-too-uh". So, to make a long story short, she was just a really clingy person. The weirdest thing she ever did was when she would leave messages on my phone. She would always leave two messages, the first one in her "squirrel" voice, and the second one in her regular voice. The first time she did that I was like, "what the heck?"! Seriously, how often does that happen to you? I couldn't understand what she was saying at all, so it got to the point where I just deleted the first message!

If I don't know you, I'm pretty shy, but I'm pretty open with my friends! In fact, my best friend and I lead a bible study together at school, and it's a lot of fun! She's kinda OCD, though...and a complete germaphobe. She cleans her room every day, before school and after, and used to wash her hands to her elbows every time! She's gotten better, but, you know... I love her anyway!

I can't say I've had a spectacular or dramatic love life. I've only ever had a grand total of three crushes in my life, and one of those was for a single day. Literally, one day, because I realized it that night and the day after he made fun of one of my friends. Yeah...that ended right then and there. I guess I have unnaturally high standards, but I'm a perfectionist! What can I say?! There is this one boy who I used to be neighbors with, and he's really sweet. I had a little crush on him for maybe a year, but it's kinda pulled back a little. Last I heard though, he still likes me (he started back in fourth grade) so who knows? ;)

I love stars! Really, I just love love love them! After my family and I moved out of the city, we could see the stars so much better at night. Plus, since we live in a more rural community now, you won't find a single street light for five miles both directions! It's so cool! And, my mom is a Mary Kay consultant, so she won a telescope once (Oookay? You win a telescope for selling makeup?) and we can see the stars up close. It's fantastic!

As for pastimes and sports, I like to write (duh), read, draw, sing, walk my dog, and star/cloud watch. I ride my horse, Nevermore, as often as I can, I loooove to ski (only the Rockies, where I've been skiing since I was three), and I adore ballroom dancing (hey, don't bash it 'til you try it)!

Wow. That was really long and totally random. Maybe sometime I'll go back and change it, but I just don't feel like it right now. Thanks to anyone who actually read this!
