As the title suggests, it's a story about Inspector Gadget's origins. 'Nothing new' you might say, and you're right; many stories have been written about it. Anyway, this is my version, as I imagine things have went. I will attempt to find a good explanation for the background of all returning characters and running features of the original series; moreover: all within canon facts.
