Everyone goes through their rough times, they have their crosses and burdens to carry. Writing is an outlet for all of that. Writing is an outlet from reality. Some are victims of divorce, subjects of abuse, and lab rats to bullies. This is reality. We live it enough as it is, so why should we have to live it longer then we do? Writing esacpes everything. In writing, you become one with your character and you pour your deepest feelings into your writing, without actually meaning to.

You never know how you actually feel until you write about it, whether poetry, song, or novella. But once you write, don't you feel a strong sense of relief? You feel like got everything off your chest from writing that one poem, or that one verse to a song.

Writing clenses the mind. It's the easiest way to relieve all of your emotions hat you keep bottled up. No one gets hurt. No one gets offended. No one gets worried. Yes, for some things, its wise to tell someone else, because maybe they can help.

But the aftermath? How would you feel? Yes, some people are better at just talking with their feelings but how can you describe those feelings when you can't put them into speaking words?
