Important! Please read this before reading my work on this page.

A lot has happened since I first created this account. To begin with, I am finally graduating from University and am in the process of applying for my Masters Degree. I also spent a year teaching English in Japan. Finally, I have developed a tendency to transform any hint of a fan fiction into an original story with barely even thinking about it. Due to this, almost all of my fan fictions have gone otherwise unfinished.

I'm in doubt as to how many people visit this page anymore but in case anyone stumbles across it while it's still up, I will not be finishing my fan fiction project on this page, at least not in it's current form. The storyline and many of the caracters (and also my interpretation of the canon characters as well) were almost entirely original so I am currently reworking the story into something that is original in content. If any readers of this story are interested in reading further then they are welcome to let me know and I can either inform them if and when the "original version" might be published or if I plan to post any of the original on my page at DeviantART.

I'm very sorry to anyone who is still waiting (though I'm sure by now that anyone who was has long since given up) or who has recently discovered my page here and is hoping for more. I am now almost entirely wrapped up in the two or three original worlds that I've since created and all my time and energy that doesn't go into my papers for university (and will go into my thesis of course if and when I start my Masters) goes into these worlds and stories. Hopefully the one here will traslate well once I work out which characters to eliminate and how to integrate the rest (a large portion of it must be entirely reworked to eliminate any Escaflowne-esk elements).

Thank you to anyone and everyone who read and enjoyed my story. I'm just sorry that I never finished it...in this form anyway. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
