I've seen computer systems move from the laboratory to the house and although know-how may have advanced I don't see the same development in business thinking. We have to adapt and embrace the advances in technology and how the world is rapidly changing. We need to appreciate that it was always inevitable that nations like China and India were at some stage going to become serious players. I attempt to use my experience to help others adapt and adjust.
