About me... Hmm... I'm old. Not old, old, but old enough to know that I should have grown up at some point, like everyone else I know. I was a day late for that train, but it's okay because I'm usually pretty fun. I'm a stay at home mom, which is a nice way of saying I spend way too much time with a three year old as my only company. She's pretty much the most fantastic person ever, though, and that's not even because I spawned her. I think I'd like to spend all day with her even if I hadn't. Between the two of us, my husband deserves some sort of massive award. Seriously, he puts up with a lot.

In my spare time, I repair computers, bake wedding cakes, and drink too much coffee, while spending too much time on the internet and wishing I still smoked. I like going to the library, the smell of new computer parts, finding new, creative (to me), and often inappropriate (to everyone) uses for photoshop, playing video games, and starting DIY projects on my house that I am underskilled for and inevitably have to end up spending money we don't have to have someone else finish. I dislike shopping, sweetened beverages, and the ugly wallpaper in my living room. I get way too emotionally invested in movies I take my child to see.

I used to write all the time--nothing terribly interesting, mostly stupid little rants and a handful of bad stories--but other than my mediocre blog, I haven't in years. Maybe something will inspire me.
