So, I was looking at my profile, and realized it was terribly boring. I figured I'm boring enough in real life, I really don't need my internet persona to be as well, so I decided to write this little paragraph letting you know that I am not as boring as I appear.

It also occured to me that my name be weird to many people. Let me explain. Brego is the name of one of Aragorn's horses in The Lord of the Rings movie, and the name of an ancient king in the LOTR books. It also happens to be the name of mine own pony whom I love an incredible amount... which explains the love part of the name. As to the 101, I figured it's an internet cliche and I should probably include it.

Now, I'm going to pretend you may actually care enough about my writing (fingers crossed) to actually visit my profile, thinking Who on earth is this person with a whacky name that writes such incredible stories (Sarcam, by the way. I swear, I'm not that egotistical), I figure I should write some personal stuff about myself. Don't worry, I refuse to make one of those profiles that goes on for a bazillion pages due to an immense amount of copy this to your profile if blah blah blah (No offense to those of you who are the proud owners of such a profile, it's just not my thing).

Name: Emily (for professional stalkers and pedophiles who will use the awesome power of the internet and my name against me... beware. I am the proud owner of a samuri sword, and my brother is the proud owner of three swords. That's right, think again [menacing look])

Location: CANADA!!!! My cozy igloo looks over the picturesque frozen arctic. I occassionally have trouble from a polar bear when he smells my haul from ice fishing, but don't worry, my neighbour's a Mounty and he looks after me... Yes, I am joking; that's one of the great things about being a Canadian, we just love to make fun of ourselves! :P

Favourite movies: Lord of the Rings (obviously), Batman Begins and The Dark Knight, Inception, Gladiator, Troy, Kingdom of Heaven, etc. etc.

Music: Linkin Park, Three Days Grace and Avenged Sevenfold are my main three bands that I'm in love with, but my taste ranges from Country, to Indie, the occassional pop songs (Though I'm ashamed to admit it). Basically my ipod is full of songs that go all over the place.

Favourite Books: Mortal Instruments, Hunger Games, Lord of the Rings, The Kingkiller Chronicle, Drizzt Do'Urden series, A Song of Ice and Fire, Graceling and Fire, Night Angel Trilogy and The Black Prism... basically alot.

Passion: Writing of course! I cannot imagine me doing anything else, and my dream is to one day publish a book. Even if I publish just one book, I will be content, because it means I was good enough in someone's eyes.

Other Hobbies: Hiking, reading, drawing, painting, and all that artsy stuff :P
