Charlotte, Charlie, is the second in line for the Illea throne. Her brother Matthew is the heir. When it comes time for him to have a Selection, Charlie invites her best friend, Tyler to come and stay with them. Charlie doesn't get to see him often. It has been at least a year since she has seen him.
