![]() So... Not too much I can say about myself. I'm a normal person (as far as the definition of normal can apply of course! (^_^) and I enjoy writing. That's about it!! You can check me out on DeviantArt too, I'm starting to get back into the swing of things there as well. Check me out at DeviantArt, profile Emo-Neko-Youkai. Well... I guess it's time for the usual Q&As! :P Name: Miranda Age: 17 (pretty well 18) Sex: (Not now thanks... O_o Oh wait. You mean my gender! (^_^) I couldn't resist. Sorry... I'm female. a.k.a I'm a girl. a.k.a I am not male. a.k.a I am not a boy... So on, so forth. Lives: In Canada. The Great White North. (Actually. That doesn't make too much sense. We're not always white in Canada. At least not in our capital, near which I live.) Religious views: Roman Catholic, but not an avid church-goer. N'or am I one of those people yelling at you from the curb "God will save you! CONVERT NOW!!!" -_- My view is my own. And that is that. I believe all (most) religions and sciences strive to understand the same Great Thing that is out there beyond the reach of the human mind and well beyond the reach of comprehension. I'm not going to get into a religious debate here. Inbox me if you feel it necessary to try and change my mind on my religion or to have a good chat 'bout it. Fears: Being alone, the dark, "Paranormal Activity 3" (2011 movie), not achieving my dreams. Fave music(s): O_o I listen to everything. Literally. But for now. I'll give you a list of the bands currently on my mp3 player and then some other little tidbits about my music fetish :P. (That's right. Mp3 player. Not Ipod! XD ) So, here goes: A Day to Remember, Bring Me The Horizon, Emarosa, Eminem, Enter Shikari, Falling in Reverse, Flogging Molly, Foxy Shazam, George Thorogood, Great Big Sea, KoRn, Linkin Park, Mindless Self Indulgence, Nirvana, Queen, Seether, Serj Tankian, Stabbing Westward, Stone Sour, Story of the Year, Super Junior, System of a Down, The Devil Wears Prada, The Dropkick Murphys, The Pogues, The Tea Party, The Tossers, The Used, Theory of a Deadman, Your Favourite Martian, Default, Escape the Fate, Hinder, Billy Currington, My Darkest Days, Nickelback, The Darkness, Train. So yeah. It's a big list. And it's all different music, Bring Me The Horizon being screamo, and Billy Currington being country, and Super Junior being K-pop, and The Pogues being Irish music while Your Favourite Martian is comedy. But I change up the music so often it would probably make your head spin. But another one of my fave bands is Led Zepplin. I just don't have them on my mp3 player right now. But anyway. There's a lot I don't have on my mp3 player. My music collection on my computer (not including music I haven't ripped onto it) is nearing 2000 songs with no doubles. But including CDs I don't have on my computer and CDs I listen to but don't own, and including the tapes and records I have I must have well over 5000+ songs. No exaggeration! Yeh. I'm obsessed. Get over it x) Likes: A lot of stuff. Horses, skateboarding, moshing XD, friends, family, video games, drawing, music, reading, writing, "Lion King" ('nother movie :), inbox me if ya gotta know it all! x) Dislikes: Ignorant people, disrespectful people, trolls, insufferable know-it alls. Occupation: Final year of High School, and a cashier/waitress. Amateur author, amateur artist. If you were given $10,000,000 (ten million dollars) tomorrow, with no strings attached, what would you do with it?! : Get rid of $9, 500, 000. Give it to charities and to people in need. With the remaining $1,500,000 I would buy the house I'm living in, I'd buy land for my horses, I'd pay for my daddy's car to get fixed (c'est une 1969 Chevelle :), pay for my brother's car, pay for my college schooling, start my dream career, and I'd pay for my friend to get the surgery she needs so she can become a famous soccer player! :D That's too righteous, seriously, what would you do with it?: What I just finished saying. It's not overly righteous. It's just true. You're just a sad person that can't find anything better to do other than wine, dine, and beach hop. (Not that I don't dream of that too, I have other priorities though.) And as much of a bitch it makes me for pointing that out? I don't care. I am who I am and I won't change for your sake. :) And that who I am just so happens to be a caring person, so deal with it. Languages spoken: A wee bit of everything. From mumbling to Japanese. Hehehe. Sorry. Again, I could not resist! But. I speak English, some French, some Spanish (not a lot), and some Japanese (which some people will learn upon reading my stories!), I can also understand almost any accent no matter how thick. I am currently learning tid-bits of other languages too. Languages are interesting to me. Other Biographical Remarks: Dude, I'm just another human being. Talk to me, you'll get to know me pretty fast. Besides, I like meeting new people. Uhmmm... Other than that? I don't really know. If ya wanna know anything else, just drop me a line. I'll tell you what you want to know. But uhhh... No dirty messages in my inbox, eh. I don't take too kindly to that. "(F*ckin' turn that sh@t up...) Party til you pass out. Drink til you're dead. Dance all night. Til you can't feel your legs!"-- Bring Me The Horizon "My mother told me. 'Poor boy, be strong.' Some say I won't last. Well I say. 'They're wrong.' And we won't back down. This time... No we won't back down, this time! You're unstoppable! No we can't be defeated!" -- Foxy Shazam "Everybody knows. That the word is full of stupid people. So meet me at the mission at midnight, we'll divvy up there. Everybody knows. That the world is full of stupid people. But I've got the pistol, so I'll take the pesos... Yeah that seems fair." -- The Refreshments. "I see you standing. Standing on your own... It's such a lonely place for you, for you to be... If you need a shoulder. Or if you need a friend. I'll be here standing, until. The bitter end..." -- Guns'n'Roses "And this is where I'll always be on the road that doesn't end. And the views they never cease..." -- We Came As Romans |
