Mane six of FiM in order from who I find most like me to least like me

Very much like me

Fluttershy: She is socially awkward like Twilight, and I am introverted as well. When it comes to a subject I am passionate in, I become more talkative than I usually am. Although not to the extend she does, I do like animals. I like books, video games, tv shows, etc, about animals and I'm a furry.

Twilight Sparkle: She is easy for me to relate to. Socially awkward, check. Was initially not very social at first, check. Intelligent, check. Skeptical, check. In truth, I could switch Twilight and Fluttershy and I would still feel it would describe me well. I originally thought of putting her on top of this list as well. That's why I created tiers for this list.

Sort of like me

Rarity: Like her, I don't like getting dirty and I would be able to create something for people to enjoy. Also, I can also relate to her situation in Sisterhooves Social.

Applejack: I am usually considered honest and hardworking. Sometimes, I'm too prideful to call for help. The reason she's below Rarity is because she's rather casual and isn't very hygienic.

Least like me

Rainbow Dash: I am rather competitive and would stand up for my friends, but that's mostly it. I'm not a jock and I'm rather introverted.

Pinkie Pie: While I do like making someone's day and I find Pinkie Pie's motive to make everyone happy noble, it's hard for me to think of much more. I'm usually rather reserved while Pinkie Pie is a pink bundle of energy.

My favorite ponies and non-ponies from each of the cartoons and why

Original:

Wind Whistler: She's the most intelligent pony in the original show and her color scheme is very similar to Trixie's.

Danny: I don't get why he's hated. Danny may be a brat at times, but he is willing to help out the others and is rather smart. I think he's the most rounded human in the show. Megan doesn't have any flaws, since she's more of a representation of an ideal person than an actual one.

My Pony Tails:

Lancer: Out of the three main male ponies, he is the nicest one and often stops his friends from going too far. In Happy Birthday, Sweetheart!, he was able to trap the other ponies on a boat and would only let them out once they all agreed to go to Sweetheart's birthday together.

G3/3.5:

Kimono: She is one of the few ponies in this show that aren't either crazy enough to make you drink, over the top little girly, lack a brain, are annoying, or any combination. I can easily understand why she spends most of her free time alone. Also, she reminds me of Twilight Sparkle.

I haven't watched enough G3/3.5 to see what non-ponies I actually like. I don't like this version of Spike as much as the others.

Friendship is Magic:

Trixie: She's rather cute. Although Fluttershy is rather popular with the guys, I prefer Trixie's personality and looks. She loves showing off what she can do. I don't think Trixie is really that bad, because none of the ponies had to pay for her show and she was only mean after being picked on by three other ponies.

Although Applejack was probably just being self-righteous since the ponies in Manehatten might of boasted about their wealth and Trixie's bragging reminded her of those, it provided fuel for Rainbow Dash and Rarity to demean her.

Although both Trixie and Rainbow Dash both don't like being overshadowed by the other, it was Rainbow Dash that told Trixie she sucked. Note that in Fall Weather Friends, she verbally assaulted Twilight Sparkle unprovoked just for being an "egghead" who decided to participate in an event open to everypony. You just don't do that to a friend, especially if you happen to be the bearer of the Element of Loyalty. At least Trixie tried to be polite with Snips and Snails despite being annoyed with them. Also, Rainbow Dash was going to physically assault her at the end of Boast Busters if Twilight didn't call her off.

Rarity was like, "You and your magic tricks suck Trixie! I'll make you regret challenging me by tearing off part of your stage to make a pretty dress to advertise my products!"

Twilight Sparkle is like an idol to Spike and Rarity is his crush. Hearing about a unicorn who calls herself the greatest would set him off, and seeing Rarity against Trixie doesn't help in that department.

Twilight Sparkle is fine, because she only called Trixie out on stage for lying. Maybe a better aesop for Boast Busters would be to be careful about lying, because doing so could wind you up in a situation you can't handle.

Spike: He is very helpful and can do many tasks without losing the childish traits that help make him entertaining.
