All Jaune wanted was to be free of the shackles of his past and the people who made his life a living Hell in different ways. He had a mother who was dying from a dangerous disease and a job he wanted to work full time. However, in order to make his father happy Jaune starts his college life and attempts to make the best of things. Life however, isn't that kind. (Hiatus )

Jaune Arc had heard, in passing, that there seemed to be a correlation between strength and sanity amongst the Huntsman and Huntresses of Remnant. When he arrived at Beacon to hopefully become a man his dead father could be proud of, this fact had slipped his mind. Should he have remembered it, perhaps he could have saved himself from the strange fate that awaited him there.
