When other kids were equipped with all the world's tools to take apart their lives and they were proceeding to do so with nothing in their way; I spared myself because I was too busy writing fanfiction on loose leaf paper tucked in my back pocket, waiting to get home to rp with others online, waiting to interact with others about whatever world I wanted to unfold. Word by measly word...

This is a romantic view of the situation, I understand. There is nothing noble about this, nothing incredible. But I think there's something fascinating about how much I was able to write and how much I was able to grow without any reward or help from anyone.

It's one of the only things that's given me the wherewithall to keep this account.

This is otherwise incredibly fucking incriminating to me, there should be no reason to keep this up.

Things have changed, my depression has gotten better, I've gotten to a more stable mindset in life, even though everything is more certain. As an adult, I worry about everything at once. An element of maturity is realizing that everyone else too is tormented with this constant amount of worry and anxiety, and this stultifying experience will follow you into the end of your life.

As a kid, you think this is unreasonable. I was angry. Constantly. Depressed. Fighting with it.

And this comment still resonates with me.

While Sonic's few misdeeds are forgiven, the Knights of the Round Table must face a new supernatural enemy that could threaten the livelihood of everything they hold dear. (Shadaze, Knuxade, mentions of Sonadow, mentions of Knuxouge, mentions Galahad being a little bit gay, yes Mephiles is used in everything but just bear with me)

10 Years, or the Story of a Lost Decade: The group tries to enjoy peace, make their own lives, begin families; Shadow the Hedgehog has never been one for too much peace. He drives himself off into the night after a vacation with Rouge doesn't give him the solace that he needs. After years of coldness rotting his marriage and being detached with his friends, Sonic tries to bring the group together at least one last time before they all fray from each other. However, Shadow isn't completely what the group would hope him to be. (Somewhat inspired by the suprasensual film 'Nymphomaniac'; ace-Sonic, pan-Shadow, sonadow bro vibes, weird shadaze if you squint hard enough, some weird shadouge, lol some weird everything)

Woe of the Loveless REVISTED or Ballade: (another revised version of one of the first fanfiction I ever wrote on this site) Crona exiles themselves from Death City, leaving behind their friends and family in order to pursue unlocking the secrets of Black Blood. They are successful; Crona Gorgon makes a name as the decorated researcher who has unlocked the secrets of Black Blood. Crona Gorgon, the somewhat more confident debutante, and more lonesome version of themselves needed to finally return home after making a career. This is the story of how Crona Gorgon becomes an employee at the DWMA, becomes Lord Death's resident psychologist, and Kid and Crona get a stronger bond than ever before.
