![]() Author has written 22 stories for Teen Titans, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Young Justice, Avengers, Fairy Tail, and Naruto. Because I feel like I should mention a few quirks in my writing somewhere, if anyone cares to know. Firstly, and this is probably most prominent, I try to stay as far away from Romance as possible. I like to mention it in passing, but it will most likely always be established cannon, or on the rare occasion an OC. But the latter has only happened once that I recall. Reasons behind this are, frankly, I suck epically at writing any type of romance whatsoever and if I do it's wonderfully cheesy. That's my second quirk, I love all things cliche. I don't know why but my stories have a tendency to lean that way and I can't bring myself to be sorry about it. Another thing is that for whatever reason my one-shots like to grow and flourish beyond what I originally meant them to be, so 'complete' on the tin doesn't really mean much (It took a very faithful reviewer to point this out to me, thank you Kikino). Lastly, when entering a fandom, my brain chooses a favorite person without my explicit consent and woe be unto that poor character because my muse proceeds to create magical new tortures for them with enough hurt/comfort afterward to choke a whole herd of fluffy bunnies. It's merely my way of showing affection, really. That's all I have for now, I just wanted to put something up so you know what you're getting into. Thanks for reading! Santana2 TO ALL MY FRIENDS: 1. When you are scared, I will rag on you about it every chance I get. 2. When you are worried, I will tell you horrible stories about how much worse it could be until you quit whining. 3. When you are confused, I will use little words. 4. When you are sick, stay the heck away from me until you are well. I don't want whatever you have. 5. When you fall, I will point and laugh at your clumsy butt. 6.You laugh, I laugh. You cry, I cry. You hurt, I hurt. You jump off a bridge, I get a paddle boat and save your stupid... 7.When you smile, I will know you are plotting something that I must be involved in. "If you want to know how to live your life, think about what you want people to say about you after you die, and live backward." Unknown "Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia." Charles Schultz "Reading gives you some place to go when you have to stay where you are." Mason Cooley "There is no way my luck is that bad." Will Smith, I'Robot (that line just always makes me laugh:D) "I'll think about it tomorrow." Scarlett O'hara (I live on that quote) "Fame is a vapor, popularity is an accident, riches take wings, and only charactor endures." Horace Greely "Someday, we'll look back on this, laugh uncomfortably, and change the subject." No Idea "Because sometimes, Batman just happens. Suddenly and violently and all over the place." One of the Sixteens by midnightluck Really Dumb Store labels: On Tesco's Tiramisu dessert (printed on bottom): "Do not turn upside down." (Too late!) On Marks & Spencer Bread Pudding: "Product will be hot after heating." (As night follows day . . .) On packaging for a Rowenta iron: "Do not iron clothes on body." (But wouldn't this save me more time?) On Boot's Children Cough Medicine: "Do not drive a car or operate machinery after taking this medication." (We could do a lot to reduce the rate of construction accidents if we could just get those 5-year-olds with head-colds off those forklifts.) On Nytol Sleep Aid: "Warning: May cause drowsiness." (One would hope.) On most brands of Christmas lights: "For indoor or outdoor use only." (As opposed to what?) On a Japanese food processor: "Not to be used for the other use." (I gotta admit, I'm curious.) On Sainsbury's peanuts: "Warning: contains nuts." (Talk about a news flash.) On artificial bacon: "Real artificial bacon bits". (So we don't get fake fake bacon. Oh no we get real fake bacon) Mental Hospital Phone Menu: Hello and thank you for calling The State Mental Hospital! Favorite quote from my new favorite show. Aqualad: "Stop it, both of you." Kid Flash and Artemis: "What?!" Aqualad: "I can hear you glaring." Yes, I am a hopeless nerd . . . Oh, here's another! Kid Flash keeps pressing his emblem to change his uniform from yellow to black. Artemis: Quit touching yourself! (Slaps his hand) Those two are adorable . . . Here's what I heard when Stark met Banner in the movie; Tony: LET'S BE BFF ALWAYS Bruce: But I could kill you all and I wouldn't even be able to control myself- Tony: BFF Bruce: You're not getting the severity of the situation- Tony: BEST Bruce: Mr. Stark you have to- Tony: FRIENDS Bruce: Tony- Tony: FOREVER Stolen from Fangirl by Bleeding Jazz Gums Just re-found the most hilarious example of just truly awful fanfiction ever. You may have to read more of the comic to get the funny (it's also a really good comic, if you ignore the cussing), but still if anyone ever catches me writing like this, shoot me. Also, since I finally figured out how to post links, here's the link to a YJ blog that has some interesting art and info, all dedicated to Young Justice. It's run by ff.net user Flowersun, so check it out. Whilst your in the link portion of my profile, and before I forget to post this, I just wanted to inform anyone who may care that I FINALLY GOT A DEVIANTART PAGE!!!!! Because fanart . . . :) |
