Julius "Jules" Carper grew up with the IMC- His father an officer, his mother an architect, him a pilot. His loyalty was undying, and would follow the IMC wherever they went. However, after a mission gone wrong leaves hundreds of innocent civilians dead at the feet of the IMC, Jules defects to the Militia, with only one goal in mind: Right his wrongs, and keep them from repeating.
