Anima...after the seris...

Cooro was sitting at the river bank, neer were they were staying for the night. He was watching Husky in the water, his fish tail flying up in the air every once in a while. He was thinking...mostly about his companions. He also thought about other crow Anima. After a while, he got bored, and decided to go for a flight around the area.

"I'll be right back, Husky! Im gonna go and fly around for a while! I wont be long!" Cooro shouted out to Husky, as he took flight, into the pink/purple sky.

"What? COORO!" Husky yelled back. He was under water when Cooro announced were he was going.

"Hmm... i wonder if i can see any other Anima" Cooro thought out loud, when suddenly, he hit something and was plummeting towards the ground. Cooro quickly opened his eyes and saw a girl-- she was a anima too! she had short, wavy brunet hair, and big, black crow wings, just like Cooro. She was squeezing her eyes shut, and was curled into a ball. Cooro opened his wings, and stopped flapping, as he fell towards the girl. He grabbed her, and she shrieked in pain. he looked towards the girl's wing and noticed that it was hurt. he imedietly opened his wings and carried the girl back to the campsite.

"Cooro! Were were you?! Oh! Who's this?" Nana exclaimed, rushing towards Cooro and the girl. She opened her eyes.

"im Heather." she said in a soft voice. Cooro looked at her face, and she looked back. She had sky blue eyes and a small, but cute, nose. Heather looked at Nana, then back at Cooro. "Who are you?"

"Im Cooro, and this is Nana." Cooro tells her as Senri and Husky walk to them from the direction of the river. " And these guys are Senri and Husky." Heather looks around. She walks out of Cooro's arms and walks toward Senri and Husky.

"How do you do?" She asks the two boys adn sticks a hand out. Senri stares at her hand, and then looks back at her face. "Well? are you gonna shake it?" asks the new girl.

"Um ok" says Husky as he extends his hand and grabs hers firmly, then shakes. Senri stands there, watching them. then he takes her other hand and shakes it wildly.

"Aah! What are you doing?!" Heather yells.

"Shake..." Senri murmurs, then lets go of her hand.

Heather takes another look at them, and then walks back over to Cooro and Nana. They stand there for a while, and then she hugs Cooro tightly and whispers into his ear, thank you. After few more seconds, she takes off running into the woods.

"Wait! Dont go!" Cooro yells as he runs after her. They see a puff of feathers, and Cooro bursting out of the treetops.

"Cooro! Ugh!" Nana slumps.

"Dont worry! he'll be back!" Husky reasures her, annoyed.

Suddenly, they hear a shriek and then Cooro flying back with Heather in his arms. she was kicking and yelling at him to let her go. He settles down on the grass and sits on her, to make sure she wont go anywere.

"Heather, why are you trying to run away?" Cooro asks comfortly.

"I-it's not you guys! Its my brother. If i dont get some food and get to the other side of the island soon, hes gonna beat me." Heather exclaims, alarming everyone.

"Then run away with us!" Cooro suggests, getting off of her.

"It's not that easy. You see, today i had to beat him. Were in a contest and whoever brings the largest amount of food first, wins a butt load of money. and i need that to take care of my sister."

"Well, we can help! Senri can get meat, Husky can get fish, i can get tall fruits like apples, and you and Nana can find berries! its perfect!" Cooro exclaims
