Well, hey there. Come on in, sit yourself down in my little ole corner of the web. Let's have a chat, shall we?

My name is Rosanna. When it comes to abbreviations, I normally take the first half and go with Rosi, but since I already have a ff.net account under that name (filled with really, really bad fanfic) I figured I'd take the second half and have another go. I'm a Brit, living in the south of England. However, when it comes to accents I'm very impressionable. Seriously, I was in Toronto for, like, a week and I was saying 'Spadina' with the best of 'em. Three years of watching House obsessively lent a scratchy, American feel to my voice, but since I switched to Buffy/Angel, too much listening to Spike's dulcet tones has dragged my accent down to a working class quality that has my upper-middle class parents threatening to disown me.

I'm 16. I wish I wasn't. I wish I was 25 and fresh outta med school (did I mention that I'm impressionable?); hell, I'd settle for 18 and just in med school, but I've got another two years of college to battle through first. My main fandom these days is Buffy; I'm an avid Spike/Buffy shipper (I refuse to abbreviate, refuse), which is odd in and of itself since in House circles I was all for House and Wilson shagging like bunnies. Willow/Tara makes me melt. Spike/Angel gives me a not altogether age-appropriate tingly feeling. Character bashing makes me squirm, no matter how much they deserve it. As a result, much of my fic will probably read like a soap opera written by fifteen absinthe addicts. Still, I persevere.

The only 'verse relationships I don't like are Buffy/Angel (let's leave it in Season Two, where it belongs) and Buffy/Giles (can I say, ew? Ew? And also, a hearty side order of EW?). But hey, if it's your thing, knock yourself out.

To the fic!
