An unexpected twist of fate brings Mr. Darcy to a place he never imagined himself patronizing and where he once again crosses paths with Miss Elizabeth Bennet. She too had been brought here by an unforeseen and cruel twist of fate. Now they must strive to overcome the pain and taint of ruin to find happiness and a future in an unforgiving society who thrives on scandal.

Darcy and Elizabeth have a guest shortly after their marriage, and Darcy gets jealous; Elizabeth can't help but enjoy the way his jealousy manifests. Mature adult content.

A second glance at Elizabeth, and Darcy felt an immediate pull. In a library one evening, his guard dropped, and he couldn't help himself. It was not a lady's imagination that led a rapid jump from admiration to matrimony skipping over love, but it was rather the heated actions of both. Deep feelings tend to get in the way when hidden and can undo the potential for happiness.

Miss Caroline Bingley is desperate for Mr. Fitzwilliam Darcy. So desperate that she devises a shocking plan to trap the two of them together in a room at night. Then Mr. Darcy will be forced to marry her. But when Miss Bingley's plans go awry, it is not she and Mr. Darcy who are trapped together, but rather Miss Elizabeth Bennet and Mr. Darcy.

Mr. Darcy suffered from a tragic past to become richer, harsher and more worldly; having grown up as a tomboy, Elizabeth has a harder time seeing herself as the beautiful woman she's become. Our dear couple is full of their own prejudices and not a little pride. What would happen if Elizabeth insulted Fitzwilliam first? What if he retaliated? What would happen after the Meryton Assembly ball? Rated T because I have not gotten very far into the story, but there will be nothing beyond kisses, amazing kisses, but only kisses for our couple.

What if Caroline had acted on her desire to compromise Mr. Darcy? This is rated T because of the first scene where there is a reference to interaction but nothing more.

When Abigail's destination wedding brings the gang back together, Tara has to face the grim truth about her feelings for Christian. Throw in Ethan's agenda, Kat's bad advice and a pregnant Grace and they just might drive Abigail crazy before her wedding day. Christian/Tara pairing. Multichapter. T for now.

Darcy's horse casts a shoe while riding to Pemberley which causes him to miss encountering Elizabeth Bennet who is touring the estate. Thus he is unable to show her his change in behaviour, fails to learn of her improved opinion of him, fails to meet the Gardiners, and fails to learn what happens to Lydia. (Updates on hold for a week or two)

Reading P&P, Mr Darcy's feelings seem rather acute, but do not get much attention. This story explores them from the moment just after his rejection, to beyond his actual marriage. The action follows P&P exactly, but some secondary characters, most notably Georgiana and Mrs Younge, push the boundaries of Miss Austen's description. The style of writing diverges from hers ever more.

The Gardiners' trip to The Lakes is not postponed and Elizabeth never visits Pemberley.

This is a Dance Academy Fanfiction about life after the third year, involves all the main character's but the story's focus point will be the relationship and romance between Tara Webster and Christian Reed and what challenges and life after the third year.

What was going through Lizzy's mind in that eternal moment between her rejection of Darcy and his retreat? Heated, fervent hatred and perhaps something else? Based on the scene in the movie adaptation where Darcy confesses his love in the rain. Smut, character study. Canon-compliant and period-compliant.

When Elizabeth and the Gardiners visit Pemberley a year early, a bond of friendship and sisterly love forms between Elizabeth and Georgiana. The repercussions of this meeting change completely the way Elizabeth and Darcy interact once they finally meet.

What if Mr. Darcy had discovered Elizabeth's opinion of him long before the proposal at Rosings? And how would an honest conversation have affected the story?

Elizabeth Bennet, on her way from Kent to London after receiving Mr. Darcy's awful proposal and life-changing letter, falls victim to a freak spring snowstorm, and the only man who can save her is the one she had totally rejected as "the last man on Earth she could be prevailed on to marry."

The winter of 1811 was perilously and unexpectedly cold. The roads became impassable and neighbors leaned on each other to bear the barren winter. The Winter of 1811 found Netherfield Park occupied for Christmas. Holiday fic 2012.

"If only I had learnt to be a lady," Elizabeth whispered, "then perhaps I might be fit to marry, but as it is, I am not." Is it possible for a man, even one such as Fitzwilliam Darcy, to change her mind?

The curate's words haunt Darcy, "So, perhaps, young master, you were born a Darcy because you were not strong enough to be born a farmer." These words ringing in his ears Pemberley's young master struggles to act on the good principles he has been given.

Not being able to breath the air at Longbourn after Mr. Collins' longwinded and insincere proposal, Elizabeth heads for the woods where she runs into an injured Mr. Darcy.
