The main reason I like fanfiction is because the pairings I ship for never end up together, or are hated by everyone else. I'm an avid reader, but haven't gotten around to posting my writings yet. And until recently, I hadn't created an account here at FF.com, so even though I've read about a thousand stories here in the last years, I've only got a few in my favorites. I'll soon catch up and favorite all of the stories I've loved. I read stories of pretty much any pairing, except slash ones (because... it's just not my cup of tea), and Hermione/Ron. I will read Hermione/Krum,Neville,Draco, you name it, but I WILL NOT read Hermione/Ron. I also don't read lemons... not because of some puritanical sensitivity, but because they usually sound like porn, and wouldn't it be nicer to read a realistic sex scene with awkwardness and love?
