Thanks for reading a little about me and my interests, I know it's off topic but hey this is me and who I am and what I do.
Coffee Revolution
I'm a lover of coffee and discovered the world of coffee a few years back. Since then I've been brewing and making all kinds of coffee from Turkish, Espresso, Americano, Flat White, Cortado, Latte and Cappuccino.

Each region has it's own unique flavour and taste. The Robusta is quite a strong bitter bean with a high caffeine kick, the Arabica is the refined big brother. Choosing the right roast also makes a massive difference.

My favourite coffees include the flatwhite and espresso. I favour the Java coffee beans with their rich chocolate notes and smooth aftertaste.

Making coffee is wonderfully simple now with more and more options, the Aeropress and Filter produce lovely smooth coffee. The cafetiere makes quick and consistant coffee. An espresso maker pulls out much of the flavour and notes from the bean.

Coffee must be made correctly, I get really dissapointed when I'm out and served an average milky tasteless coffee. It seems that some people fail to take a pride or interest in coffee and seem to think that anything will do. We'll it won't. I'm a big supporter of the coffee revolution where mundane and ordinary coffee will not be tolerated. Hopefully the world will be rid of bad coffee and eventually we will all have at least and appreciation and understanding of what makes a good cup of coffee.

The best thing about coffee is the lovely caffeine kick you get, it really does give you a buzz and gets you going in the morning. Without my coffee my day just doesn't go right.

I also have an interest in hobbies and crafts, and a big passion for modified cars. But my overriding interest is in the world of coffee.
