Author has written 2 stories for Azumanga Daioh. Welcome to my profile. I'll try and keep things relatively short, as I'm sure you have more important things to do than sit and read about me. xoxoxox Name: Kristin, but I'm rather fond of "Sayu", which I've had as my penname for a few years. Age: 16 Interesting information: I get mistaken for a guy often because I have short hair, a flat chest, and a closet full of boy's clothes. I don't wear makeup either. So sometimes I get girls checking me out... which I definitely don't mind. :3 Orientation: Asexual. I want you for what's in your heart and your head, not what you've got between your legs. No matter what that may be. Personality: Shy, quiet, and spacey, unless I'm with friends. Then, I'm boisterous and spazzy. Loud, too, very loud. o.o;; And once in a while, you'll catch me girl-watching or talking about how I want to throttle somebody. ;; I try to be professional where fanfiction and my writing are concerned, though I've been known to flare up at inconsiderate writers on bad days (which is certainly no excuse for being rude). It's highly unprofessional and immature of me, really, and I'm trying to correct that habit. So far, so good. Contact Information: If you'd like to talk. MSN (ongaku.no.otaku@msn.com), AIM (mangatomboy3, jmusicaddictdesu), or through e-mail (PM me, and I'll gladly give you the email adress I actually bother to check every now and again.) MSN Messenger would be the most convenient, but anything will do. xox xox Moving on to the Favorites section... Anime/Manga And pairings I support, favorites in bold and crack pairings in italics. (Read: The crack pairings should be in bold as well, since I adore them, but it's enough to have just three different formats in these categories.)Azumanga Daioh (Kaorin/Sakaki, Tomo/Yomi, Kagura/Chihiro, Sakaki/Kagura, Kaorin/Chihiro, Older Chiyo/Osaka) Not fond of: Young Chiyo/Anyone, except onesided. xox xox Video Games (Same pairing identifiers)Kingdom Hearts (AkuRoku (with Roxas as the seme, preferably), Sora/Riku, Kairi/Olette, Pence/Olette, Roxas/Hayner, Hayner/Pence, Sora/Pence) Not fond of: Sora/Kairi, Roxas/Namine, Hayner/Olette, Roxas/Olette, Sora/Olette, Sora/Hayner xox xox Music (You know the drill.) Japanese Not-Japanese (covers everything from American to Icelandic to Finnish to Russian) xox xox General Relatively Normal Interests: Cats, green tea, green tea-flavored pocky, shonen-ai, shoujo-ai, writing, drawing, singing, sleeping, all things japanese, and girls. Not Quite As Normal Interests: Using the polite past tense in japanese because I love saying the suffix "-mashita", waiting for two people's turn signals to flash at the exact same time while stopped at an intersection, seriously pondering time travel and the idea of modern "alchemy" (transferring electrons to change one element to another), drag kings, explaining to people that Adult Stem Cells are just as useful as Embryonic Stem Cells, but the media just can't get their facts straight, and narrating my life in my head as it happens. Yes, I'm weird. Relatively Normal Dislikes: Sexists, gender roles, skirts, dresses, high heels, makeup, superficiality, hot pink, pastels in general, self-insert fanfiction, character bashing, homophobia. Not Quite As Normal Dislikes: Washing my hands, the words "fag", "faggot", and "dyke" being used in a derogatory manner, hypocrite Kagura/Sakaki supporters who say that Kaorin doesn't know the "real" Sakaki and thus a relationship is impossible, yet they ignore the fact that Kagura is just as clueless when it comes to Sakaki's thoughts, people who say "omg hey two girls making out that's hawt" and then go "what, ew! No, they shouldn't legalize gay marriage!", idiot guys who really believe that all lesbians are blonde, busty, and willing to make out with each other at the drop of a hat. xox xox Stories In Progress For You 2.0 (Azumanga Daioh) A story I began writing a few years ago, when the Azumanga Daioh section of fanfiction.net was in its infancy. It went to eleven chapters, then went on hiatus, then was pulled from the site so that I could make adjustments. In retrospect, I wish I had deleted chapters 2-11 and replaced the old chapter 1 with the new, so that I could keep my original publishing date. But, live and learn. As for the story itself, those who read it way back when may or not recall the events that transpired in the story up to the hiatus point. I have the old version in its entirety (well, as much as was published) if anyone would like to see it. Simply contact me via the information I supplied above, and I'll be happy to send you a copy. However, the story is undergoing massive changes, and after the first few chapters it will quickly deviate from the original. There are a lot of plot ideas that I've only recently (as in, in the past four days) come up with, and they are very different from the plans of the original. Entire scenes are being removed, replaced, or added, and the little bits of character development will be extremely important to remember. I'll warn you, the story is going to take a very sharp turn in a very unexpected direction near the end, and there are many twists to come. I've only got two hints for you all: First off, pay close attention to Chihiro. Her role in the story is far greater than you think. The second hint is that, if the rating of this story ever goes up, it will be for only one reason: Character Death. And it's going to come when you least expect it. Just remember- that could mean anything from a sudden strike out of nowhere to the demise of a character who's been lucky enough to survive their first or second brush with death... Ahh, but I've said too much already. As long as you all keep reviewing, you'll have your questions answered soon enough. xox Completed Stories xox Dead/Removed Stories (and Scrapped Ideas) xoxoxox Well, that's about it. Hope I didn't waste too much of your time. Have a nice day, and please review if you enjoy a story. |
