My name is Krisianna. At the time I am updating this, I am a 36 years old. I love to read just about anything and try to review every fanfic I do. I occasionally get the writing bug, but I am not a fast writer and am picky and dither over every line written. Both my muse and I are fickle and stubborn and we fight a lot, and it tends to make chapters take awhile sometimes.

Seeing as I doubt I will EVER remember to add a disclaimer to any stories I post I am gonna do it here...just in case :P So here it is. I do not own anything (unless its of my own creation) in the stories that I write, except for the plot itself and sometimes not even that xD. I do not profit financially from these stories in any way shape or form. :(

Right now I am on a rather strong Harry Potter kick. I will read stories with just about any pairing, but tend to prefer HP/SS (preference on family/teacher/mentor), HP/DM (all kinds ), and HP/HG (all kinds ). The only pairing I'm really not crazy about is HP/GW (STILL can't stand the fact that the crazy stalker/fangirl got the Hero and totally hate this pairing). I am also partial to anything Final Fantasy and Star Ocean.

Harry Potter WIPs:

I recently started writing my very first Harry Potter story. It is called Finding Home and it is a Harry/Sev guardian fic, at least for now (it will not ever be HP/SS slash). I will be posting the chapters that are already written once a week, after that the timing will be hit and miss.

12-4-2012 -with a sheepish look- Hello, to those that have been waiting patiently for me to update. It has been a rather long time, over a year, I think, since I updated and my only excuse really is lack of time. But today, at long last, I have posted a chapter. WOOT! I hope to be able to continue updating. My hope is a chapter every few months. Yes, I know they are rather short but I am very busy. I have two jobs and have to sleep sometime. I will do my best. Thank you for your patience and loyalty if you are still interested in my little story.

2-23-2013 I am still working on my next chapter and have it mostly written. It is rather short still and I am having difficulty finding a good stopping point. I hope to have it done and posted this week. Originally, I thought that I would have time during the Christmas holiday to write it, but that plan fell through.

Final Fantasy VIII WIPs:

I'm not sure if I will ever continue and finish Family Connections and Finally, but I am going to read through and see if I can salvage them. I know that Family Connections is on the revision list, because it went in a direction I'm not happy with. As to Finally, I have no idea where to take it at this point. Suggestions would be accepted and appreciated.

I must say that I am horrified by the wholesale slaughter that seems to be happening recently on FF.net in the Harry Potter section. Many excellent stories are being deleted, just because they have a little violence or sex in them. Both are a natural part of life. The rating system is there for a reason, so it is not the author's fault if someone reads something they don't want to see. They chose to read it. It is better to enforce the age guidelines and restrict younger members from reading age inappropriate fan fiction, then to take so many stories and authors away from those old enough to read, understand, and appreciate them. I can only hope that this age of madness will end and soon.
