The sunlight was dim, shadows claiming throne to a realm of darkness at a bend in the mine. Only the faintest dagger of sun was sliced into the abyss of rock. Surface lords heaved. Porfirio named hues took hold of the moment, light caressing each fine shard of the mineral. Rare and beautiful. Crystals clustered in blooms of lilia blood - colours only gods were meant to view. Pink, purple, red. Fallen dreams of some distant mastery, not of this world. It was ERYTHRITE. FEARLESS. That's my favorite word. I'm a carefree, genuine, wickedly stubborn human - want to be friends? I am a college student - double major in Geology & Theatre. I hope to advance my acting career, but more importantly eventually gain a PhD in Paleontology. I collect fossils and rocks. Who'd have guessed it? Mountaineering is my /LOVE/ !! MOUNTAINS!! I have alpined Mt. Massive and Blanca Peak in Colorado, both at around 14,400 ft. You better believe me when I say I my goal is to Climb Everest. Really though, what would be even better would be to blaze new trails up the buttress of some lethal rock everyone else has deemed unsafe. I'll do that too. There is nothing better in my life, then being on top of the world - literally. I rock climb at the wall, play in my kayak and ride my pretty horse. I just enjoy adventures. Unfortunately, I'm a theatre roots person, though I rarely mix with the crowd. I am so sick of being inside TRAPPED during all these ridiculous rehearsals. Scripts and auditions and the occasional set are my study. Just because I am skilled at my art, however, does not mean it holds my love. Refer to the mountains for that. feel the wind under my command & the earth at my beckon I'm a rebel. The government is mine for the wrecking. Sometimes I watch zombie films. You don't want to know how this got started. I actually don't enjoy them... The eclectic ones are nice though. WALRUS. Walruses are my favorites animal. Please don't hurt my feelings. They're just neat. Writing is a passion of mine, though I will probably be here mainly to READ all of YOUR lovely work, as my scribbles are all original short stories (plus i'm not very well composed). Most of my work is heavy in imagry and seductive words; all of it is of the natural world - mountains, wolves, lakes. I do have a collection of lupine stories I may publish here.
