Hail and well met.

The writings of a friend have drawn me back to Fanfiction.net after an absence of eight years. It seemed to be the perfect arena for some of the stories I'm working on now.

I've recently become fascinated with stories that re-write or reinterpret other well-known stories, and which often diverge into something else entirely. Whether it's Tim Burton's unabashed retelling of Alice in Wonderland, or something as subtle as "O Brother Where Art Thou" (based on The Odyssey), or more of a middle ground like Toto the Grand Adventure (Wizard of Oz), I love seeing new takes on familiar tales, especially if they end up going in a completely different direction (like Tin Man). And so I've started a few of my own.

Of course, my "familiar tales" are mostly children's TV shows. Please have a look, and feel free to comment. Kind words are welcome and constructive criticism is always appreciated.
