Booth: "Yeah. You know we had been chasing each other for a long time. Chasing each other through wars and serial killers and ghosts and snakes. You believe in ghosts and angels and maybe even Santa Claus. And because of you, I've started to see the universe differently. How is it possible that simply looking into your fine face gives me so much joy? Why does it make me so happy that every time I try to sneak a peek at you you are already looking at me? If I ever get out of here, I will find a time and a place to tell you that you make my life messy and confusing and unfocused and irrational and wonderful.' This is that time. This is that place." Do not turn off the camera! You've seen how quickly I can kill. Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Russell Edgington and I have been a vampire for nearly three-thousand years. Now, the American Vampire League wishes to perpetuate the idea that we are just like you. I suppose in a few small ways we are. We're narcissists. We care only about getting what we want no matter what the cost just like you. Global warming, perpetual war, toxic waste, child labor, torture, genocide, That's a small price to pay for your SUVs and your flat screen TVs, your blood diamonds, your designer jeans, your absurd garish McMansions! Futile symbols of pertanence to quell your quivering, spineless souls. But no, in the end we are nothing like you. We are immortal. Because we drink the true blood. Blood that is living, organic and human. And that is the truce the AVL wishes to conceal from you because let's face it eating people is a tough sale these days so they put on their friendly faces to pass their beloved VRA but make no mistake. What she has to say will rattle you so deeply to your core that chasing little old me will be the least of your concerns. It's been a fun five centuries, Klaus, but I've worn down too many good heels running from you. Love, and hate, Katerina." Vampire Diaries, Memorial: Damon: “They're floating lanterns in the sky, can you believe that? Japanese lanterns is a symbol of letting go of the past. Well, here's a news flash: we're not Japanese. You know what they are? Children. Like lighting a candle's gonna make everything okay, or even saying a prayer, or pretending Elena's not gonna end up just like the rest of us murderous vampires. Stupid, delusional, exasperating little children. I know what you're gonna say: it makes them feel better, Damon. So what? For how long? A minute? A day? What difference does it make? Because in the end, when you lose somebody, every candle, every prayer is not gonna make up for the fact that the only thing that you have left is a hole in your life where that somebody that you cared about used to be...and a rock with a birth date carved into it that I'm pretty sure is wrong. So thanks, friend. Thanks for leaving me here to babysit, because I should be long gone by now. I didn't get the girl, remember? We may, in fact, stand between the Earth and its total destruction." Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Entropy: Tara: "There's so much to work through. Trust has to build again, on both sides ... you have to learn if you're even the same people you were, if you can fit in each other's lives, it's a long and important process and... can we just skip it? Can you just be kissing me now?" Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Touched Spike: "You listen to me. I've been alive a bit longer than you, and dead a lot longer than that. I've seen things you couldn't imagine, and done things I'd prefer you didn't. Don't exactly have a reputation for being a thinker. I follow my blood, which doesn't exactly rush in the direction of my brain. I've made a lot of mistakes. A lot of wrong bloody calls. A hundred plus years, and there's only one thing I've ever been sure of: you ... Here, look at me. I'm not asking you for anything. When I say "I love you", it's not because I want you, or because I can't have you. It has nothing to do with me. I love what you are. What you do, how you try. I've seen your kindness and your strength. I've seen the best and the worst of you. And I understand, with perfect clarity, exactly what you are. You're a hell of a woman. You're the One, Buffy." Buffy The Vampire Slayer, The Chosen: Buffy: "So here's the part where you make a choice. What if you could have that power, now? In every generation, one Slayer is born, because a bunch of men who died thousands of years ago made up that rule. They were powerful men. This woman is more powerful than all of them combined. So I say we change the rule. I say my power, should be our power. Tomorrow, Willow will use the essence of this scythe to change our destiny. From now on, every girl in the world who might be a Slayer, will be a Slayer. Every girl who could have the power, will have the power. Can stand up, will stand up. Slayers, every one of us. Make your choice. Are you ready to be strong?" Buffy: "So, what do you guys wanna do tomorrow?" Buffy the vampire slayer The Gift: "Dawn, listen to me. Listen. I love you. I will always love you. But this is the work that I have to do. Tell Giles... tell Giles I figured it out. And, and I'm okay. And give my love to my friends. You have to take care of them now. You have to take care of each other. You have to be strong. Dawn, the hardest thing in this world... is to live in it. Be brave. Live. For me." Higher Ground, Exposed: Peter: “What were you into?” Sophie: “How did you she was a reporter?” Higher Ground, Mended Fences: Daisy: "Welcome Horizon Parnets there's a good advertisement for our school!" Peter: "Hannah once said that healing them helped heal me." Sophie: "Smart woman." Higher Ground Because I Love You: Shelby: "Why you come back?" Scott: "Because... because, I love you." Grey's Anatomy Bring On The Pain: Meredith: "Okay... here it is. Your choice, it's simple her or me. And I'm sure she's really great. But, Derek, I love you... in a really, really big... pretend to like your taste in music, let you eat the last piece of cheesecake, hold a radio over my head outside your window, unfortunate way that makes me hate you love you. So pick me. Choose me. Love me. I'll be at Joe's tonight, so if you do decide to sign the papers... meet me there." Grey's Anatomy Six Days, Part 2: Cristina: "There's a club. The 'Dead Dads' club. And you can't be in it until you're in it. You can try to understand, you can sympathize but until you feel that loss- My dad died when I was nine. George, I'm really sorry you had to join the club." Grey's Anatomy, Good Morning: Dr. Richard Weber: "You people answer your pages! George O'Malley jumped in front of a bus today. He knew what he was doing and he did it anyway. And he did it to save a life. So, I'm not gonna allow you doctors to stand here. There are lives on the line. There are lives we can save. So, if George O'Malley can jump in front of a bus, we can answer our damn pages. So, lets go Damn it. Damn it O'Malley!" Grey's Anatomy, Goodbye: Izzie: "Get up. I mean it, get up. Get up! Now go get a life." Grey's Anatomy, This Is Me Trying: Owen: "Whoa, whoa. What're you doing? This ambulance is not in play. " Grey's Anatomy, Superfreak: April: “Stop! Okay just stop. I’m a virgin, yes. So what? It’s not something I talk about, okay? We all have things we don’t talk about. Alex, you’ve been afraid of the elevator for like a month, but I never said anything because it’s none of my business. And Jackson, you wake up every night screaming because you have nightmares. And, Meredith, you don’t talk about Cristina because you’re afraid she’s never gonna be the same Cristina again. And Lexie, for God’s sake, Mark never thought you were a psycho. He loves you. That’s why he stares at you. Because he can’t keep his eyes off the woman he loves. Of course, he’s never gonna say anything cause he doesn’t feel like he can. Well, we all have stuff we don’t talk about! I am a 28-year-old virgin. Mainly because I wanted my first time to be special and then I waited too long and partially because I’m pretty sure guys find me annoying. I’m a virgin! That doesn’t make it drinks conversation! We all have stuff we don’t talk about!" Meredith: "Oh, April. I'm liking you more and more." April: "Thank you!" Dark Angel, Freak Nation: Max: "Where are we gonna go? I can't stop anyone from leaving, but I'm through running and hiding and being afraid. I'm not going to live my life like that anymore. Aren't you tired of living in darkness? Don't you want to feel the sun on your face, to have a place of your own where you can walk down the street without being afraid? They made us, and they trained us to be soldiers, to defend this country. It's time for them to face us and take responsibility instead of trying to sweep us away like garbage. We were made in America, and we're not going anywhere. So they call us freaks, who cares? Today, I'm proud to be a freak. And today we're gonna make a stand right here. Who's with me?" Defiance, Pilot: Irisa: "The dreams returned last night. Stranger, more vivid than ever. I dreamt of his world. The world that used to be. Before the Votans arrived. I was born into the world that came after. After the vessels that carried my people were destroyed. After the Arkfalls began. After the terraformers changed his planet forever. The Earth he once knew is gone. Dead is the star system my people left behind. When I was a child, Nolan liked to tell me, "This world has no natives, which means it belongs to everyone." He says Antarctica will be paradise. I want to believe him but I've been disappointed too many times. I love my father. But his promises usually turn to stahko." Irisa: "Nolan used to say the two of us were children of the Badlands, the wild open spaces where the weak are afraid to go. It's towns that scare me. All the people jostling for space, sucking up the air until there's nothing left to breathe. Will we stay here? I don't know. My people have a god called Irzu. He has a path for each of us. Where it takes us is not always where we imagined. There is a reason. Nolan's people call it fate." Nolan: "Hey, doc, how you doing up there?" Nolan: "I'm starting to like this place." Tommy: "Okay, whatever. As long as we're both trapped here, we might as well eat something." I like really old literature. Some of my favorites are : Lord of the Flies, Fahrenheit 451, To Kill a Mockingbird , Catcher in the Rye & the Outsiders. I also like contemporary literature Some of my favorites are : The Twilight Series (Team Edward all the way 4 me!) The Harry Potter Series The Immortals Series by Alyson Noel (Team Damen!) The Need Series By Carrie Jones (Team Astley!) Being By Kevin Smith,Boy Toy By Berry Lyga, Speak By Laurie Halse Anderson, Such a Pretty Girl By Laura Weiss. Dirty Liar By Brian James, It's Kind of A Funny Story By Ned Vizzini (hated the film adaptation!) Prey by Lurlene McDaniel, Cell By Stephen King Everything's Eventual By Stephen King Neuromancer by Willam Gibson, Jumper By Steven Gould (absolutely loathed the film adaptation!) Reflex By Steven Gould A Walk To Remember By Nicholas Sparks The Notebook By Nicholas Sparks A Matter Of Time By Nancy Rae. Books I want to read and own soon: Impulse By Steven Gould 3rd Book in the Jumper Trilogy Serenity (novelization) By Keith R.A. Here is what it consists of: Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, Star Wars Episodes 4, 5,6 & 1, 2 3. V for Vendetta Garden State, Atonement ,The Other Bolyen Girl Tristan and Isolde, Troy, Kingdom of Heaven, Firefly the series, Serenity, Awake, Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Man's Chest Speak, The Hunchback of Norte Dame, The Prince of Egypt, The Illusionist and the Prestige. I watch nearly all of these movies at least three times through the year I also am into a mixture of different music. I like a bit of everything, Imagine Dragons , X. Ambassadors John Newman, Ms Mr, Wolf Gang, Kevin Daniel, Daughter, Birdy, Rebecca Ferguson, Ray LaMontagne, Lady Gaga, Jessie J, Kelly Clarkson, Idina Menzel, Gavin Degraw, Celine Dion, Etta James, Florence & The Machine, Sia, Ron Pope, Elton John, Ben Harper, Ryan Star, The Fray, Young The Giant, James Morrison, Ed Sheeran, Elisa, Christina Aguilera, Katy Perry, Grace Potter & The Nocturnals, Neon Trees, Imagine Dragons, Alex Clare, Golden State, Duffy, Andrew Belle, Damien Rice, Black Lab, Matt Nathanson, ZZ Ward, Room For Two, & Matthew Good Band. I also love Robert Pattinson's voice and I love his songs some of my favorite songs of his are, Let Me Sign, & I'll Be Your Lover Too. Here R some of my absolute favorite Tv shows: Covert Affairs, Suits, White Collar, Higher Ground, Criminal Minds Law & Order SVU, Law & Order CI: Criminal Intent, Blue Bloods, NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles, NCIS: New Orleans, The Mentalist, Deadly Sins, Stalked: Someone's Watching, Deadly Women, Scorched: Love Kills CSI: NY, CSI, CSI: Miami, True Blood, Arrow, Supernatural Riverdale , The Originals, The Vampire Diaries, The Walking Dead, Castle, The Voice, Little House on the Prairie, Hell's Kitchen American Idol, So You think you can Dance, America's Got Talent, Grey's Anatomy, Firefly, Dark Angel, ER The Tudors & Beyond Belief fact or Fiction. Because of my diverse tastes in music books, movies and TV I am an somewhat an outsider in my family. Every one else in my family is extremely sociable they have a lot of friends and enjoy going out. My brother sister and dad are a lot like that. The only other person in my family who isn't like that any more is my mom, through she still goes out shopping and stuff. My hobbies include watching tv, reading, writing well typing fan fiction on my computer going to the movies watching movies at home. I am a major homebody. I really only go out maybe twice to three times a week at the most. I hate getting dressed up for things and I don't wear make up at all. I am extremely shy and it takes me a while to open up to people, which is probably the reason I only have three close friends. Even through I have always been kinda of different from every one else my own age that never really bothered me as a kid or now. I have never really cared what other people have thought of me and have always beat to the sound of my own drum. I don't really care who likes me. I mean if you don't like me than I'm fine with that. I enjoy being an individual and being a little weird. I mean it's much more fun being weird than being like every one else LOL! That's just boring! I say embrace your inner weirdo! LOL! You'll have much more fun in life being yourself than trying to be some one your not :) |
