![]() Author has written 30 stories for Trigun. In case anyone's curious, I have also made some Trigun fan art that is displayed in my "Deviant Art" gallery folders. There is both miscellaneous Trigun fan art and Trigun 3D fan art. Everything Trigun-related that I do is intended to honor Mr. Yasuhiro Nightow's work under "fair use" provisions of copyright law. I'm commenting about how amazing I think his imagined world is ("No Man's Land" in manga, or "Gunsmoke" in anime). I'm also commenting about how I perceive his incredible multidimensional characters. My interpretations may differ from other peoples'. However, offering different interpretations also helps everyone to look more deeply into this magnificently complicated tale, and all of its varied characters. I hope that my efforts to better understand his characters, and their world, will encourage other people to enjoy his originals even more. Please don't be shy about posting reviews! If a review is posted anonymously, I may respond by writing a review to the same story. I hope that any of the following stories or poems which you choose to read will at least entertain you. :) My Trigun Fanfiction Writings ... listed in approximate chronological sequence Predating Anime / Manga: circa Earth years 2409-2491 or Star years -0038 to 0043: Shipwrecked During Anime / Manga: Star year 110: Milly's Musings (poem) Post Manga / Anime, general (focused on canon characters): Star years 0164-0184: Too Late Much to my surprise, several stories sprang from the idea of an OC named Shyla. She is a young plant girl who becomes Vash’s friend, and grows up in Seeds village. Every story involving Shyla should be able to stand alone (at least, I really tried my best to make each one readable all by itself… and still work). However, if the “VQL” stories are read in chronological sequence, they also form a larger story. Post-Manga tales that include my OC’s (original characters) as integral parts of each story: Star years 0116-0134: Vash’s Quiet Life The stories "Disquieting Days" and "Loss" include Millions Knives. All stories listed above, both my own and those written by JasperK, are in Fan-fiction’s “Trigun” archive. Note: JasperK also writes fabulous Trigun fan-fiction that’s entirely unrelated to my OC’s. However, since I’m grateful to this author for honoring my efforts and writing stories that complement my stories, I have also included those titles in my list. :) |
