Quarter Quells come and go. But really only two people get to carry on their legacy: The Head Gamemaker who made it a legend, and the lucky tribute who gets to go home with the honor of carrying the weight of that legend on their shoulders. When Janus Megalos became President 6 years ago, Panem had finally united as one and the games were no longer frowned upon. It's such a shame that external forces threaten to ruin that peace. Read this year's games to see Mentors, Gamemakers and a President try to save Panem from a looming threat while pretending everything is totally normal.

DISCONTINUED. A new law is in place allowing for Victors to travel freely between the Capitol and their home Districts. For five Games Victors, this announcement means that they have an opportunity to bond over their shared love of books and poetry. But things take a dark turn when, a month before the 44th Games, one of the members of the Literature Club is found dead… SYOT closed.

Panem is broken. The unthinkable crippled the nation on what was supposed to be the greatest day of the year, and President Ember is looking for answers.
