In the wake of Third Impact, a choice it made. As Shinji struggles to right his wrongs, he will find that things that once were have now changed. All that he though he knew about the Angels, Seele, and his father will never be the same as the Third Child fights to protect all that he once held dear, and stop Third Impact at any cost. After Third Impact fic. The world goes to some semblance of normality. Ikari Shinji lays in bed, unmoving, tubes and wires all over, machines beeping away. Asuka stares, horrofied, at the result of her violence. Maybe revenge tasted...bitter. AXS.R&R

Starting after Shamshel/Episode 4, angels arrive in a different chronological order than in canon, as do certain other events. In the midst of all this, Shinji, Asuka and Rei form bonds to each other, that will eventually result in romance. But of course, even so angels screw things up, SEELE keeps plotting and Gendo advances his scenario.

Asuka and Shinji struggle to survive in the Post 3rd Impact wasteland. What went wrong? How did the boy who rose to become God plummet down so low? Asuka struggles to unlock his mind and prevent it all from happening again. Rating may change due to language.

Following Third Impact, Asuka Langley-Soryu is slowly coming to terms with her feelings for a certain boy - who has withdrawn so far into himself that she is the only thing still anchoring him to reality. The path to recovery will not be an easy one however, as an old threat rises anew.

Sequel to SOA: Through pain, through hurt; through happiness, through love. Shinji and Asuka had it all, and then they lost it all. Third Impact has ended, and now, Shinji and Asuka must grow to love each other as they once did from a time forgotten.

Post-Rebuild 3.33 - After narrowly avoiding Fourth Impact, Asuka is left to wander back to the last remnants of humanity on foot, dragging an unwilling Shinji and an unwitting Rei along with her. Shinji slowly comes to terms with Kaworu's death, Rei tries to understand what she used to be in her past life, and Asuka does whatever she can to stay alive for just another day.

Shinji used to think of himself as a throwaway human. However when he met a certain red headed German who had a personality that could curdle milk he started to discover what purpose he had for living on this planet. Slight OOC with Shinji. R&R
