SOME INFO

1. Not really into Genderbends. One of my least favorite things ever, regardless of whatever reason its used.
2. Also not into Yaoi. I'm not some anti-gay homophobe or whatnot. I'm just a straight guy who likes the usual hetero male favorites.
3. AU's are tricky. Some can be good, although I generally like my pirates, ninja, samurai, giant mechas, etc. stay with their usual profession, and not become some BS highschool vampire story or whatever else kids these days write up.
4. I'm 25, I'm not that old. I'm just joking, stop taking the internet so seriously from time to time. Serious about the AU thing though.
5. OOC is very weird for me. Depends on how well it's done, I suppose.
6. Absolutely despise stories where [insert character name here] is whatever BS protagonist for some out-of-universe story people decided would be better if all their fav characters were Y's instead of X's [insert X with whatever that character's canon profession is, and Y with something completely different]. BULLSHIT I SAY! (more like 5b, but whatev)
7. I have not likely covered all my major offenses here in 1 fell swoop. Expect updates if I think of something else.
8. Very few rules are truly absolute. There are moments where an exception to them may be warranted. Nothing to get anal about enough to start throwing the "hypocrite" label around.
9. By the end of the day, my preferences may or may not be shared with others. One opinion is not any more right or wrong than the other one is. Respect.
10. I am somewhat creeped out by the concept of body swapping. Not necessarily body swapping, per say, just in the sense that some dude or chick is involved in something that has them occupying a body that is of the opposite gender. In the end though, it only REALLY starts getting creepy for me when things start to get perverted xD
11. For the most part, I am not into "God Mode" fictions. Tends to eliminate a great deal of conflict in my opinion, and the fighting type of stories tend to end up pretty 'meh' afterwards.
12. Crossovers are...iffy. They have to be done just right for me to get behind. DIRECTLY inserting characters or elements from one story into another is DEFINITELY not among the most clever of epiphanies. Again, its a very fickle line. (NOTE: this is my opinion. If you do not share it, that does not make either one any better/worse than the other.)

A HTTYD fanfic where *spoiler alert* Toothless couldn't save Hiccup at the end of the movie in time, and the events that happen afterwards with the other Dragon Riders leading up to where the 2nd movie ends.

A Naruto fiction where Hashirama and Madara's roles as "hero" and "villain" are switched, and the affects on the Naruto universe.

MISC NOTES:

There was an Adventure Time fanfic where Finn imagined everything about Ooo, and the guy he imagined as the Ice King was really his therapist who in a last ditch effort attempted to break Finn out of his fantasy. Anyone know what it was called?
