Sid goes into self-exile after a falling out with herd and everyone else and ends up meeting with some new animals besides the herd. Now with his new friends, the sloth resolves to overcome his hardships and his dark past as he meets some faces and faces off with a familiar enemy. Rated T for language, blood and violence. It's some time after the end of Ice Age 4, and everything has returned to normal. Peaches has resumed chasing after Ethan, Manny's still trying to stop her, and of course Louis is still his introverted self. But he's made it his mission to tell Peaches how he feels; it's not going to be easy, but he'll make some new friends, or maybe something more, along the way who may just help.
