Hmm...well, one of my nicknames is Phoenix (hence the pen-name) and I love to write (stories, novels, poetry). This is the first story I've posted, and I don't have a set plot or any actual planning, I'm just gonna write as it comes to me, so bear with me if it takes awhile for the story to take off...I promise it will get better...I hope ~cringes~

I'm a total reader, and will read just about anything. My haven is Barnes and Noble (you give me a cup of coffee, a good book, and place to sit and I'm there for a couple hours) and some of my favorites are the LoTR trilogy, Harry Potter, the Redwall series, any of Kurt Vonnegut's works, Red Dragon, Catch-22, Silence of the Lambs, The Witch of Blackbird Pond, A Tale of Two Cities...man I could go on forever, I think, so I'll just stop right here!

I like school...no I'm not one of those people who is obsessed with school...but I love learning. English, any Science, and History are my three favorites (I love the Medieval and Renaissance time periods, and Colonial England, too)

I'm actively involved with Theatre and Band (yup, I'm one of them artsy people) and Colorguard (not ROTC, but Band colorguard) I'm currently learning the French Horn and the Piano, and I'm a member of the French Club

My favorite band is Dream Theater (they are the BEST!) and I'm addicted to classical music, I also like music of artists like Norah Jones, Michelle Branch, Avril Lavinge, and Charlotte Church on occasion

Some of my obsessions are: writing, LoTR, Orlando Bloom, Legolas, Barnes and Noble, bohemian jewelry, long hair, jeans, mascara & eyeshadow, singing, drum cadences, Dream Theater, Pachebel's Canon, rain, candles, reading, any shade of blue, ancient egypt, silver, the british museum...and more, but I think I've typed enough for one night
