![]() Author has written 7 stories for Grimm, and Sherlock. I'm just writing some Grimm fiction that's screaming in my brain. I invented a character, Lilliana the spinnesehen, spider who sees, inspired by the episode Tarantella about the spinnetod, death spider. Now, she's part of my mental cannon for the show, and I'm going through each episode to see what impact she had that no one saw on the screen. Anna Sees All is where Lilliana meets her first Grimm. He accuses her of murder. The encounter doesn't turn out the way either one of them expected. Takes place during the episode Tarantella, just barely off screen. Anna's Favorite Grimm has Lilliana watching Nick's life a little obsessively. Then she sees something she doesn't like. Nick dying. And Monroe as well. She sets out to fix it, and meets a certain prince in the process. Set during Last Grimm Standing. Anna and the Prince started as simply Liliana being curious about Sean Renard, and wanting to know if he was worth fighting to save, since she had foreseen his death. It turned into the ongoing story of Liliana's adventures and the romance between her and Renard. Starts just after Last Grimm Standing, and goes on from there to just after The Kiss. Anna's Family Matters starts with Liliana witnessing the murder of a complete stranger who looks exactly like her older brother. The evidence points to the new lowan king, but it's a false trail. Liliana works with Hank, Nick and Renard to find the real killer, before he slaughters everyone dear to her. I like to answer niggling little questions, like how did Monroe get out of the Lowan games when the place was surrounded by cops? How come Nick, as D Squirrel in the reviews put it, went "from bumbling to BAMF" in like 2 episodes? How did Renard get from completely tied up, conscious and sitting up to unconscious lying on his side with one hand free? Why didn't Kimura just cut his throat before he left? Why did Renard decide to save Juliette, when it was a very obvious trap? The answer is Liliana! I've added a couple short one-shot Sherlock fics. Sherlock was stuck in my brain and this was the best way to get him out, so I could write about other stuff. Sorry for the long absence. I've been writing Liliana novels in her own world, independent of the Grimm-verse. With any luck, you might see novels of Liliana, the spider seer, at your local bookstore one day. |
