I write almost exclusively ship fics. I wouldn't consider myself shipper in that I don't watch shows for the pairings. There are only a handful of ships that I'm into, but the ones I do get into are the only things that inspire me to write. Maybe some day I'll be more inclined to write gen fic, but I have yet to be inspired to do so.

If I post a fic with multiple chapters, it *will* be finished. My rules is to not start publishing a fic until at least the rough draft is complete for the entire fic. I won't leave readers hanging. (Unless it's out of my control and I die or something, but fingers crossed.)

Except... "What a Movie". This fic was about 2 chapters from completion when the hard drive crashed on the computer. I didn't have a backup of the work that I'd done for 2 weeks, so it was all lost. I never really got the inspiration to pick it back up again. Sadly it will probably remain unfinished forever. (This was one of my first fics. It and my frustration with unfinished fics is what inspired my personal rule.)
