Tris isn't dead; the government only wants everyone, especially Tobias, to think that. I know there are several out there, but I'm trying to make mine different (no, she does not get affected by the memory serum). This fanfiction can be thought of as an extended ending of Allegiant. Currently being rewritten under "Allegiant Part II" (I know, completely different title, right? :)

Tris is 20yrs. old & deals with family hardship in her hometown, so she moves to Portland to live with her friend Christina. She hopes to start a new chapter of her life there. Thankfully she falls in love with it there & meets lots of new friends, including one in particular that she is especially fond of (Four!). This story follows the everyday adventures of her life. Every conversation they had about kids ended in his saying 'someday, maybe' and really meaning 'no', and her nodding in agreement in a vague sort of way. But Tobias didn't miss the times Tris looked at Zeke's daughter like she was trying to imagine her with deep blue eyes and dirty blonde hair when she thought no one was looking.

**Allegiant spoilers** Tris survives, and now she has to learn to live a new life without factions. Follow Tris, Tobias, and all the other Divergent characters as they learn to put their lives back together. My take on how Allegiant should have ended, and my little way of dealing with the ending.

The Divergent characters all in a modern day high school. Tris's family moves to Chicago, and there, she starts a new school. She makes new friends, and meets new people. One being a handsome young fellow who goes by the name of Four. Rated T because high school is full of teenage antics (and mild language).

The war didn't happen (I know it's not super unique, but I'm feeling a little idealistic) so Will and everybody, except Al, is still alive. Tris is training the initiates when someone from her past comes back to haunt her. What ensues and how does she deal with the past coming back? Rated T just in case.

I know that I will never love anyone the way that I love the girl laying in front of me. That's why I need her to wake up. My life could never be complete without her.

She smiles up from the nook on his shoulder that was made for her, fingers dancing across the stubble on his cheeks, and her eyes are so full love and trust and tenderness and this is his life, that whatever else is going on around them doesn't matter.

If people ask, "What is the meaning of life?" Then he'd say controlling yourself and never go beyond the boundaries. People always ask him, "What is love?"
