After far too long, our ineffable idiots finally pluck up the courage to admit their feelings for each other. It's all quite lovely and the future looks like it's going to be rosy. But fate is never that kind, and soon it all goes to Hell and back. Pretty much literally.

Crowley is bored and decides to bother Aziraphale, who just wants to read. Dear SOMEBODY, he just wants to READ! Not explicitly ineffable husbands but could be read that way.

Aziraphale is dying and this isn't something Crowley can fix. The angel's only chance is for an archangel to heal him, but Crowley can't exactly waltz into Heaven and ask them to to help his best friend. But maybe if the archangels believed they were rescuing Aziraphale from him? Crowley will have to play this JUST right. Aziraphale's life depends on it.

The scene where Crowley invited Aziraphale to come to his place is very suggestive, so I just filled in the gaps. Small drabble, no smut but this fic should be gayer than a tree full of monkeys full of nitrous oxide. :D And I just really wanted to write something and these two celestial beings are amazingly fun to write.

Aziraphale has only wanted to make an effort once in history, and he had stopped it because the other man reminded him too much of Crowley. Six weeks after the world didn't end, an angel and a demon meet for tea and start to negotiate the rest of eternity in the New World.

Not long after the Armageddon that wasn't, Crowley and Aziraphale grow even closer and cross the line they've been toeing on for centuries.

After 6000 years, Crowley finally gives up on ever getting what he wants, and leaves. Aziraphale doesn't like it, has a revelation, and goes after him. Romance, slash.

"Oh she's a nice one," Crowley said. "Doesn't need much. Little water, little sunshine. Just make her feel welcome." / After the end, Crowley accidentally moves into Aziraphale's bookshop, bit by bit. He starts with his plants.

Armaggedon averted, Aziraphale and Crowley walk through London and try to work out what comes next.

Crowley looked up at that, his other eyebrow arching up to join the first. He would have put decent sestertius on all of eternity passing without him hearing those words from an angel's lips. But then, Aziraphale had always been a different sort of angel. It was the only reason he'd tolerated him so far.

Crowley is inconsolable after witnessing a disaster, Aziraphale tries to comfort him.

On March 29th, 2014, Crowley makes a life-changing decision that has the ability to go extremely not well.

"I thought angels don't dance?" "Oh, we don't, I just accidentally got pushed into this wonderful young lady who hadn't had a partner and of course I wanted her to be able to partake in this dance." Crowley chuckled, "I figured it wasn't your conscious choice to come out here, you're a bloody mess." He shot a glance down at their feet as Aziraphale once again almost tripped over

Summary: Crowley needs to get some new plants for his place. The plant seller notices that the best friend that Crowley talks about so much is probably something more.

Miffed about being cheated out of the great war and Aziraphale's punishment, Gabriel hatches a plan to discredit Aziraphale and Crowley in the eyes of the mortals to make their life on earth living hell. Too bad he's a few years too late for that shit to fly. (Or: Gabriel is screaming, "Sodomites!" but nobody's listening.)
