In ages past, an Undead knight sought answers in the land of gods. Then, he sought destiny. And then he sought out mercy, for those who he honored. Then he finally sought an eternal rest, and found it as kindling for the First Flame. Or so he thought, as he instead found himself awoken and entombed in ash and stone eons later. And now he must find something else to seek out.

During a bad case of the flu, Ruby is bedridden with a burning fever. She falls asleep and hopes everything is just a bad fever dream. She's not sure where she is when she wakes up and soon learns a terrifying truth.
