Never in her wildest dreams did Veronica expect this to be Logan's life four years after she left Neptune at the end of her freshman year of college.

This will, in some ways, be a Top Gun parallel. Logan is home. He's booking flight time and avoiding paperwork. Veronica is working cases. Then Logan's wingman hears something that could cause all hell to break loose. Logan asks Veronica to dig into it and suddenly, everyone involved is flying through the danger zone.
