Arthur and Ariadne are friends. Despite sharing a kiss, they manage to be just that, just that and nothing else. They're there for each other years after the Fischer job. Of course realizing that you're in love with your best friend is always a slow process. COMPLETE.

My version of a post-Mockingjay story. Takes place a month after Mockingjay ends. Katniss and Peeta both struggle in their own ways to become themselves and find each other again. Arthur and Ariadne are trapped on the first level of Fischer's Dreamscape until the clock runs out and they can wake up. It should be simple enough, hiding out for a few days and keeping a low profile, but as the Point Man and Architect grow closer things become - well, complicated to say the least.

The war is over, and the rebels have won. But now Katniss must face her decision to put Capitol children into the very last Hunger Games, and every nightmare and regret that comes with it.

As her totem finally lies untouched, a familiar Point Man on her doorstep pulls Ariadne back into the world of dreams with the promising appeal of another job. POST-Inception.

Chance causes Fischer to recognize Ariadne as "the girl from a dream". She finds herself planning with Eames and Arthur on how to dissuade the heir from further interest in her. Our favorite Point Man realizes he isn't doing it just as his job.

She thinks they're gone. After a year, she's convinced herself she'll never see them again, and pure creation has disappeared from her sight. Until she walks in on something that turns it all upside-down.

Ariadne has tried to forget the pure creation of the dream world and content herself with her studies, but once you've been involved in something as singular as an inception, you become a commodity. One that some people wouldn't mind killing for.
