Author has written 1 story for Naruto. Name; Junior. Age; Old enough to know the truth, young enough to see the road of life stretching a long way ahead of me. Gender; None of your business. chibisruletheworld revealed it by accident. Yes, I'm a girl, so what? You step forward into the shadows, looking at the towering bookcases creating isles in the cavernous room. "Hello? Is anyone here?" Your voice echos into the distance. The muffled thump of a book is your only reply. "Who are you, and what are you doing here?" You turn around, only to see a figure in a hoody and jeans coming towards you. The figure's face is covered in a white mask, the backwards J the only marking. Short dark hair spills out from under the open book on it's head. "Don't laugh. It's your fault, anyway." "Who are you?" "Didn't you read the information at the top? I'm Junior." Junior removes the book from her head. "Now, what do you want?" "An intro might be welcome." Junior shifts slightly, and you can tell she's pissed just by the body language. "Fine. I'm Junior, welcome to my home. I'm an editor in training, as well as an author. I'm here to try and do as much to improve the literature on this site as I can." S/he motions to the bookcases around him/her. "As you can see, I'm willing to read anything. Any genre, any story. Just ask, and I'll give you an honest critic. No lies, no false praise, just cold, hard facts. If you don't like it, there's the door." Junior motioned to the vast space behind you, up in the corner. "Well, what do you critic on?" "Grammar, character development, tension, that sort of thing. I'm here to help you and your ass, not kiss it." "Alright, that should be everything then." Junior nods and moves to go further into the shadows, but turns around at the last second. "Two more things. If English is not your first language, tell me. I may be a hard ass, but I'm not cruel. Second, you see that empty bookshelf at the back?" Behind her a set of lights flicker on, revealing a completely empty bookshelf at the back of the room, next to a shelf labeled Fairytale Chronicles, with one small book with the title Prophet Of Bones. "That empty bookshelf is for you guys. If i see something i really love, I'll put a copy of it on the shelf. Feel free to read, enjoy, and learn from them. Later." Junior retreats fully into the darkness, raising a hand in farewell. |
