Week 1: Duncan the Grey Warden - From Dragon Age Origins The reason why i think Duncan is such as Badass is even in the face of near certain death he keeps a calm face and lets his sword do the talking for him, not to mention he climbed a Ogre with his knife and sword while at Ostagar killing it in the process. Also in all of the origin stories he is given some pretty cool lines and scenarios which i think gives him this weeks award Week 2: Gilgamesh - Fate/Zero Gilgamesh without a doubt is a total badass, when you are able to fight off Alexander the Great's army with a single weapon which destroys all of reality in the process you have some serious power, which is why he deserves this weeks award. Week 3: Demon Eyes Kyo - Samurai Deeper Kyo (Manga) Kyo is ruthless, blood-thirsty, sadistic killer who barely ever shows mercy to those he fights, you have got to give this badass credit where its due if you gain the Epithet "Slayer of a Thousand Men" in a single battle. overall i believe this is a badass who earned his title after wading though the blood foes with a grin on his face. Week 4: Geralt of Rivia - The Witcher How could any Man or Woman not resist the charms of this Monster hunter in the dark fantasy world were if double-crossed your attitude can be from a simple flip of the bird to severing a mans head, it also seems to help that every sorceress he seems to meet wants to bed him at some point (with some exceptions ofc) this guy takes on things such as Vampires, Werewolves, Krakans and Dragons and always comes out on top. Week 5: Alucard - Hellsing Ultimate / Manga How could this list not contain perhaps one of the most Sadistic, Ruthless, Merciless, Insane and downright evil characters to have ever reach modern media, this manga is full of badasses, heck even some of the villains are pretty badass, but Alucard takes the prize for this Manga, his sheer ferocity when it came to his enemies and his brutality have earned him this award Week 6: Belgarion of Riva - The Belgariad / Mallorean While a little wimpy at the beginning of the books, Garion does grow on you as you begin to understand his situation and where hes coming from, but luckily he quickly matures into one of the most interesting characters of the two series, the reason hes on this list is two fold, the first is his sheer power as a sorcerer, being able to create a storm which in the long run would have caused an ice age is quite the feat. The Second reason is anyone who gains the title of Godslayer deserves to be on this list for the feat of killing something which is suppose to be Immortal Week 7: John 117/Master Chief - Halo Saga Silent protagonists usually have an advantage over other characters in lists like these as there the type of characters that stay quite in the most serious of moments only to say something laconic in response to something which is truly cool, for example time and again Master Chief will preform acts which are just plan badass such as piloting a bomb into a Covenant cruiser without a ship, jumping from a Forerunner spaceship re-enter the atmosphere and then get up brush himself off and carry on like nothing has happened. this is why he deserves this award Week8: Majeh - King of Hell Majeh is one of the greatest swordsmen to have ever lived, he is powerful, arrogant, cocksure and brilliant. when he fights and opponent he doesn't like he obliterate them. and he does all of this while under a seal which suppress about 85 - 90% of his total power, when he get serious and he seal is released/weakened his score on the badass meter skyrockets. the reason hes on the list for this week is because of his Ability 'Heavens KI' which gives an ultimate defense and offense but gives two powerful black wings made out of KI which gives devastating attacks that is why he has earned this weeks award Pictures |
