Charlie, a criminal who comes from the slums of the Underground, is forced to join the Survey Corps. Charlie has a special ability that may be the means to stop the Titans forever, but she has a hard time controlling her gift. Levi is put in charge of Charlie, trying his best to keep the petite girl from getting herself killed, while trying to keep his own feelings in check.
