I'm a junior now!!! AHHHH COLLEGE, AP COURSES, EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES, AND OTHER STUFF.

I'm in 2 orchestras right currently, so that's exciting.

A 15 year old girl holds hands with her one-year-old son. People call her a slut. Nobody knows she was raped at the age of 13. People call another guy fat. Nobody knows he has a serious disease causing him to be overweight. People call an old man ugly. Nobody knew he had a serious injury to his face while fighting for our country in the war. Re-post this if you are against bullying and stereotyping. I bet 95% of you won't.

I actually have a personal reason as to why I posted this. I have been bullied before for about 4 years and it was easily the most terrible time of my life. Even my parents divorcing was less terrible than that. But worst of all, I was just a kid. I was in elementary school at the time, and it started in the 2nd Grade. Usually kids are excited about school, but I dreaded it. I was made fun of. I was called: fat, ugly, stupid, a loser, and other things...I always imagined skipping school and I tried to pretend to be sick sometimes, but my mom would never buy it. Sadly it wasn't just one kid, it was half the school. 45% of the school just watched and did nothing. Then there was that 5% which was three kids who used to bully me and then realized that what they were doing actually hurt me. Also, there was my best friend who I love to death. She was always there for me when I was crying all alone or when I was upset or mad or happy or depressed. She was the one person I could go to because no one else in that hell hole actually cared about me. All my teachers, excluding my third grade teacher, didn't give a fuck that I was crying in class. In fact, one teacher would take me out in the hall when I cried and would tell me (a fourth grader) to suck it up and defend myself and then just walk away. But, whenever I cried, they'd just call my parents like it was my fault. And when I tried to tell my parents, they didn't understand how severe it was. They thought it was just teasing (kids being kids) but it wasn't just teasing. It was pure torture to an innocent child and because of it, I was never the same. I used to be so open and friendly to people before I was bullied. Now I am a closed person who doesn't speak unless spoken to. Recently, I made it my mission to change that and become a stronger person who isn't afraid to say "hello" to someone and let myself be who I really am. But it's hard, not only because I have a fear of being bullied again if I say the wrong thing, but because I am at a new school now. At least at my old school I didn't have to worry about "friends" too much because I had some. I had 6 very good friends and that's all I ever wanted. At my new school, I have to start all over...

Well now you know my inner demons xD
