A little AU, my take on what I would like to see happen after the episode 12x11. Spoilers if you have not seen 12x11.

This is an AU where Jackson hired after the shooting as a psychiatrist working with Dr. Wyatt to counsel the surgeons and staff at Seattle Grace. He gets assigned April as a patient, which causes all sorts of drama because of his feelings for her.

So this takes place in Season 9 Episode 7, right before the pregnancy scare test results. What would happen if Jackson was the one to be relieved? How would things be different and how would they stay the same due to some role reversals? A retelling of the events following.

April and Jackson Season 12 Episode 7. As always, I try to write April to be the badass I have built up in my mind of her. April realizes after her and Jackson have sex that Jackson wants to end their marriage, but she doesn't avoid Jackson's intentions to divorce her. She takes charge and that brings Jackson back to her.

April and Jackson grew up together. Life and fate separated them. April lives in Moline, Jackson in Boston. What happens when a letter from the past makes them rediscover their friendship? Japril AU. Rating M in later chapters.

During the 1960's Civil Rights Movement, a group of doctors and nurses come together to help out at a Medical Camp for those injured from the race riots. (Inspired by JW's commitment to fighting for equality :P, also, partially inspired by his character in The Butler)

April needs a date for her parents wedding anniversary and somehow she manages to talk Jackson into going with her. What happens when two best friends are forced to pretend they're in love for an entire week?

April and Jackson are on a break. A friend from the Army visits April and sparks off jealousy in Jackson. One shot inspired by Haspen/japrilforthewin.

When April gets an eyeful of Jackson and Stephanie at Bailey's wedding, she gets comfort from an unlikely source. How will Jackson handle the budding relationship between his ex-best friend/ex-lover and Alex Karev?

Set at the apex of 9.23, Jackson & April - one time best friends & lovers, now broken up, trying to mend a shattered friendship and both in different relationships. How do they move on from each other or can the intervention of circumstance help them find their way back to each other?

"You can't do this. I'm with Matthew and you're with Stephanie and…and you're not allowed to look at me like that. Not anymore." Written as a prompt for Haspen who asked for a Japril affair. Set at the beginning of season 10. Rated M for sexual references and strong language.

Set after 8x12 - "Hope for the Hopeless". April Kepner has never been the girl that got noticed, so what happens when two men start chasing after her? AK2 vs. Japril. Please R&R!

A short smutty one shot about how much Jackson and April love each other. Set in 10x13.

Takes place after the pregnancy scare but before Matthew. When April gets a unique job how will Jackson react? "She had other things to worry about. More important things to worry about. Like how she was now working at a strip club one night a week when she was off from the hospital."

Takes place right after Jackson's speech in 10x12. Can't wait for mid-season premier 2/27/14. One shot.

AU: A lot can change in ten years, a lesson Jackson Avery learns while attending his 10-year high school reunion. So when he falls for a former classmate he once tormented, he aims to fix his past mistakes and earn a second chance to impress her. Japril & other character appearances.

This story is AU...what would happen if April passed her boards instead of failing them? How would Jackson and April's relationship progressed? Begins right before the surgeons get the results.

In retrospect, April probably should have known better than to go on a trip to Hawaii with three of the hospital's main power couples. What happens when she and her best friend Jackson are the only single members of the group, and Calzona are desperately trying to set them up? Also includes Crowen, MerDer & Calzona

AU oneshot set sometime after 8x12 - "Hope for the Hopeless". He wasn't sure what had driven him to spontaneously show up in Moline, the smallest town that he had ever been in in his life, and announce to all of April's family that he was her boyfriend that she had been hiding away. Jackson chose to reject April. In retrospect, it was the wrong decision. However, fixing the problems between them won't be easy. Canon through 9x24.

Catherine Avery brings April a present from Boston and Jackson is not happy about it. Set between 9x04 - "I Saw Her Standing There" and 9x07 - "I Was Made For Lovin' You". Please R&R!

This is a Jackson/April story! I love this couple and I love all the angsty drama that is surrounding them right now! Set after 9x16 when Jackson's mother gives him the hospital. Mature in later chapters.

Set after Season 7 Ep 8 right after Jackson punches Alex at the party for trying to push April into having sex. What if Alex apologized to April and they became closer as Jackson began seeing Lexie? Jackson is jealous and so is April.

AU: Sometimes opposites attract, but it can take time for a spark to ignite. Jackson wants to blend in without his famous last name being the center of attention. April just wants to be noticed. Takes place during their intern year at Mercy West.

When you want something, it hurts that much more when you can't or are prevented from having it. Post 9x12 - "Walking on a Dream".

Sequel to For The First Time. After the plane crash, April and Jackson try to find their happily ever after while dealing with the appearance of new faces at Seattle Grace, the return of some old ones, their new lives as attendings, and meddling families and friends. Please R&R!
