Derrida is a philosopher who "invented a way of thinking called 'deconstruction'... He 'deconstructs' or pulls apart language to show how there can be no fixed meaning"(Weate, p. 46). We have entitled ourselves the Daughters of Derrida because, while we may post fanfiction, our mission is to search out those who are in need of having their writing reviewed and to not only review their work, but to deconstruct it. Don't worry, we have a very loose definition of deconstruction, and if you wish for us to desist, we shall. You can e-mail us to get constructive (or deconstructive) criticism on your work. You may know us as morgyse and "What's In A Name?" if you are one of the small group of people we have so far reviewed. Each of us has reviewed separately of one another as well. We are very keen on (in terms of fanfiction) Harry Potter, origional works, and we would like anime if it didn't confuse us so much.
