After signing a very complicated contract with Professor A. Dumbledore, Ms. J.K. Rowling and The Minister of Magic Mr. C. Fudge, I am finally allowed to show my self to muggles. But therefore, i am not allowed to tell any one from the muggle world any thing about the magical world which should be kept unknown to muggles.
