I have gone into Mac-withdrawl, so I am going through and rewatching episode by episode and adding in my two cents worth. While the writers on the show are awesome sometimes we want more, right? Some will be close up of scenes in the story kinda getting into the characters' heads a little, some will be tags or maybe an AU bit here and there, who knows? ps. I am prone to whump Mac!

Mac ignores the symptoms of appendicitis and goes on the mission to free El Nochee from prison. He gets really sick and finds out who his real family is. I tried to stay in character but I tend to write a little bit fluffy so I apologize if it is too fluffy. I think you will enjoy it anyway. I just love the dynamics between Jack and Mac and this explores those dynamics.

AU for episode 1x20, "Hole Punch." What if Mac hadn't been able to convince himself that he wasn't like Murdoc quite so easily? aka that time Mac showed up at Jack's house and told him to arrest him.

My take on what happened in the Screwdriver episode. Two ideas, two chapters. Chapter One is longer with lots of Mac&Jack bromance and h/c. Mac whump! Fatherly Jack! Chapter Two is shorter with all main characters included. No warnings. My own ideas, so no spoilers. Although, I do hope the main ideas turn out to be correct.
