Harry Potter pairings I adore:

Draco/Harry
Severus/Harry (Hehe, hooray for Dark Chocolate & White Chocolate! ^-^)
Sirius/Remus
Fred/George (I just love twincest - if it's well written, anyway! ^^)
Severus/Remus
Lucius/Harry (on occasion, though I find it's frequently done with bondage and slavery, which I rarely like)
Ron/Hermione
Harry/Bill Weasley (I like the idea, although I've never read one yet...)
Severus/Gilderoy (OOoooooOOoooh!! Go seeker and Gil!!)

Pairings I hate:

Harry/Cho
Harry/Hermione
Harry/Fleur (What the heck...?)
Hermione/Severus (Eww, gross...)
Ginny/Remus (Okay... yeah.)
Harry/Dudley (Wow, let's not go there...)
Lucius/Draco (I just... yeah... I can see him doing it, but not Dray...)

Well, basically I can't stand any pairing where Harry is not with Draco or sometimes Severus and on occasion Lucius. On VERY rare occasion. I don't have a problem with him with most minor characters, though.
I've also found that many of the threesomes and other bizzare pairings like that seem to be well written. I usually like those, especially like those Dray/Sev/Harry. :)
In addition, Draco does not deserve the punishment of being paired with anyone besides Harry. Period. End Of Discussion.
