Hey Everybody!

My name is Redirectedx, and I'm a first-year university student with a prospective Psychology major and Music Performance minor. Over the last few years, I've felt a bit of a gap opening up in my creative life where my love of reading used to be as a kid. Until around age 15, I would read one, sometimes even two books in a week and I loved it. It always helped me feel together with something even if it wasn't real, to open myself up to new stories when I felt alone, and to appreciate the importance of stories in the real world. However, once school became, you know, actual school, and I lost valuable time from my schedule due to reading, I dropped it entirely in favor of applying that same time towards studying and doing my homework. With this in mind, I'm hoping to accomplish two things with my stories on this site:

1. Rekindle my love for fiction and fiction writing

2. Kindle that same love for fiction and fiction writing in others

Simple enough, right? Well, I'd hope so. It's been a little difficult to force myself to become a writer because of one simple fact: I'm not a writer. I have no experience in fiction writing, and the most general writing experience was born out of necessity when I need to write papers or essays for school. On occasion, I would write poetry when I got suuuper down in the dumps about something, but I was never fantastic at it. With this in mind, I honestly won't take criticisms and suggestions the wrong way- I'd love to get interaction on my work.

My main focus (as of right now, at least) is to pump out a boatload of Fire Emblem stories. I have a whole lineup of stories I can't wait to tell and will be super happy to develop a presence on the site. That being said, I won't always limit myself to FE fanfiction- I would love to expand to other games, then to other forms of media, and if I ever feel ready, begin to write my own material.

That's a long ways down the road, though. However, I'd be happy for you to join me along the way!
