Author has written 12 stories for Hannah Montana, Twilight, Harry Potter, Wizards of Waverly Place, and Camp Rock. It's been a long time since I've been on this site therefore some of my stories have gone without being update for around four years. I'd like to sincerely apologize to any fans of my stories, i had writer's block and it just made me completely lose interest in writing fanfiction for quite sometime. But I'm happy to say, since I've had a lot of spare time on my hands over the last year and a half due to a knee injury, I've written quite a bit. One thing that made me start writing again, was that I've read numerous stories that have been abandoned, or at least haven't been updated for a few years. And i did that with my stories, four years it's been. But i was frustrated that i couldn't find out what happened to the characters and how their lives ended up and i didn't want to do that to my readers (if there are any fans of my stories anyway). I re-read my stories, to remind myself of everything that happened and where i left off and then continued. And it just came naturally to me and i kept writing and writing. So I've finished writing a couple stories completely, but I'm not uploading all the chapters right away or back-to-back, it'll be once or twice a week for a new chapter. I've also started writing a brand-new Harry Potter story that i will start uploading once all the others are complete. So I am back to complete my stories and not leave anyone hanging on how things turned out for my characters. Also, i noticed how rough my stories were in the beginning, but in my opinion and my best friends opinion, my writing has gotten a lot better. I started writing the stories probably three or four years before actually getting the nerve to post them. So if you started reading one of my unfinished stories but didn't finish because of the writing and what not, i hope you will continue reading as it does get better (i think at least, lol). One last thing, I've been criticized for certain things in one of my stories (on the other site I post on) called Five New Friends. I understand constructive criticism and appreciate it, but it was based on certain things i wrote into my story that doesn't actually happen, the main one being Hogwarts' power going out. I know in the books it's not electricity, but that's how i wrote it. Isn't the point of fanfiction to make up your own stuff and not go along with the books? Those stories have been told already, so what would be the point? Just my two cents on the topic. Thanks for reading :) |
