Cross My Heart has officially caught on! Yay!

When I started writing it, I was using it to experiment with different writing styles my AP English 11 teacher talked about in her Creative Writing class (sadly, I couldn't take it). So each chapter is a bit different, but that makes things more interesting, don't you think?

Anyway, I'm happy with all the reviews it has gotten, especially the ones of the most recent chapters. Most of them have had me blushing like crazy or cackling manically. Blushing thanks to the kind words the readers have left behind, and cackling because I realized that I can indeed write decent cliff hangers! XD

I've also been pleasantly surprised with the fact that everyone likes my OC, Chloe Bellerose. OC stories (to my naive knowledge) aren't regarded highly in fan fiction, but I'm glad everyone likes Chloe nevertheless! I'll eventually get around to making a short profile of her when I finish drawing her.

Anyway, I try to update as fast as possible, but I make no promises!

I finally got around to making a rough sketch of my OC Chloe Bellerose. I am by no means an artist. My forte is photography, but I gave it a shot anyway. If you go to deviantART and type in "Chloe Bellerose" in the search bar, two drawings will pop up. The one on the left is the most recent one, and the better one in my opinion.

If any person out there wants to be a kind soul and draw Chloe or her sister Charlotte for me, that would really make my day.

YO, PEEPS! I IS BACK!

Seriously, though, I've finally updated. Chapter 17 is out now. Sorry about the year and then some wait! I got lost on the road of life, then I got bombarded with college coursework, then it was summer again and all I wanted to do till now was sleep. Anywho, have fun with this latest installment and pray that Chapter 18 will be finished before my vacation's over!

Hey again! It's been forever since I last updated (sorry about that!). Homework SUCKS.

Anyway, as always, I can't promise rapid updates (inspiration tends to hit me randomly then leave me hanging for no reason), but "Cross My Heart" will be completed. Eventually. At some point. Yeah.
