Hello everyone this is my first post on here. As in he future I want something to do with movies I like to write my own so if you like this let me know and give me a few tips to improve always looking for constructive feedback.

It’s Christmas time in New York. Snow is falling,the wind is howling and is leaving a very cold breeze behind her. We are on top of a building, it’s very high we get to see the festive look of New York at night as it is all colours. After that we get to see someone with red trousers,and a black hoody with the hood up over his head (it’s peter in case it wasn’t clear hahah) he is talking to himself “come on pete you can do this,it’s only the 4 th biggest building in New York, it’s not like it’s 3rd biggest or the second or the first biggest, no,no,no,no I can’t do this if I die aunt mays gonna kill me and honestly she’s probably more scary than death , in fact no,I’m done being a woos, I can do this , I mean my web shooters and should be perfect, damn it Pete why did you say should, it will work, I’m pretty sure, I’m gonna need to stop talking” peter stands up and walks towards the other end of the roof he leans down and ties his shoelaces up so tight that he feel the tightness on his foot he stands back up and takes a deep breath, he breathes out we see condensation because of the extremely cold air he pulls down his mask and unzips his hoody “tally ho” peter says as he runs as fast as a nerd can and he jumps off the rooftop. We get a first person view of Peter jumping off the building, we hear the wind howling in his face, peter screams with fear “ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh” peter then presses a button on the palm of his hand and a web comes out “thwip “ the web attaches to a building and we see peter in a 3rd person view swing around up in the air, he does a back flip and webs onto another building and swings but he screams again but not in fear but in joy “yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh,wooooooooooooohoooooooooo” peter thwips onto one last building however he swings into a billboard and says “that was awesome” he just sticks there for a moment and then just falls to the rooftop “owwwwwww”

The screen goes white and we hear opera music we get a view of a large man with an extraordinary heavyset appearance. He wears a white suit and jacket with a red flower in the pocket of his jacket. He carries a cane which is topped with diamonds in one hand. His mass is mostly made of muscle, and he has a bald head shaped like an egg. He walks down his golden stairs the stairs make a loud thump almost as loud as the opera music coming from the speaker below the stairs, by a table we see a median sized man with Curley black hair and glasses compared to the other man he is tiny. The man in the white suit approaches the other man and shakes his hand “ good morning mr Fisk “ the small man says “morning Weasley,how are you?” “ “I’m good sir, I surprised the wife and kids with a vacation to Paris their all so happy” “ that’s really nice Wesley , but you don’t need to call me sir, we’ve been friends for a long time” “thank you Wilson , I’m going to get right to the good news your profits for your “ Fisks construction “ business have shot up by 45% percent” “that is great, but I presume there is bad news” “ unfortunately yes, your attempt to become mayor of New York has hit a slight brick wall” “ how so?” Fisk questions “ well, Maggia leader hammer head, has threatened to release footage of you killing that Albanian gang member “ “ how did he get this footage” “spies I presume, I suspect that it was the driver of the car in which you killed him in” “ then see too it so that man gets what he deserves” “ already taken care of Wilson, we have left evidence stating that he has left, but you and I know that is not the truth” “ good Wesley well done , I don’t know what I would do without you, but how should we proceed with the footage?” “We have men working for hammerhead and they are tasked with destroying it ASAP” “excellent , is there anything else?” “Yes, two things your fiancé Vanessa is back from Barcelona this afternoon and I have arranged for a car to pick her up” “ and the other thing” “ yes, the next thing is that you have a science competition in midtown high later this morning a car will be outside at 9 pick you up and take you to the school, the press will be there to take your photos including one with the winner “ “ thank you Weasley,you really are a good friend, enjoy the rest of your day” “ same to you mr Fisk,good bye “

We now get a look at peters room. It’s small and messy. There are clothes and pieces of paper every where. Peter has a desk with a laptop which is open, there are many open tabs on there one is emails, another is YouTube , and a final one on how can you stop electromagnetic radiation from penetrating an area, the camera spins back around and we see peters bed, the only problem is that it is completely empty seconds later peter falls from the roof and lands on the floor he checks the clock on his night stand and realises school starts in 25 minutes he jumps up and runs to his wardrobe and takes out some clothes and throws them on he then opens his door and jumps down the stairs he runs into the kitchen and aunt may is there “ morning peter” she says with a big warm smile on her face “no time to talk aunt may I gotta get to school, the science fair is today and I don’t wanna be late for that” peter says as he picks up a apple and starts to eat it peter runs to the dining room table and picks up the essentials of his project off of his table and he runs out the door “bye may” he shouts as he runs out the door. We then see peter running through the doors of his high school he runs through the almost empty hallway and he get to the gym, where there is the majority of the school all set up peter runs to his quarter, it’s right opposite to a beautiful red head by the name of Mary Jane Watson, we see peter stare at her for a moment he thinks to himself “ she’s so pretty” peter and MJ lock eyes for a moment and she waves at him, peter looks around because he doesn’t think she is waving at him but she shouts “good luck peter” in he soft warm and kind voice peter struggles to get his words out but he manages to say something “ggg good ll luck MJ “ she lets out a small laugh and smiles. About 20 minutes later a lot of footsteps can be heard as well as bright flashes, the floor trembles as Wilson Fisk walks in all eyes are on him, it hard not to have eyes on him as he is humongous. We see him shaking hands with the principle, peter falls back and leans onto the wall and says “what the hell is Wilson Fisk doing here” what we don’t know is that peter has met Fisk on one of his first days as SpiderMan, peter interrupted one of his meetings with other crime bosses, he got beat up pretty bad and an old lady had to help him clean his wounds. Wilson Fisk and the principle as well as the press are walking around and looking at all of the experiments carefully,they get to peters experiment and they both stop to carefully analyse it. The principle says “ hello peter, what do we have here?” “It’s a physics experiment sir, the title of this experiment is how can you stop electromagnetic radiation from penetrating a certain area.” “ very interesting” Fisk says “how does it work” peter looking a little angry and he replies “um well I’ve got to put my cell phone in tin foil like so ,then I got to take out my aunts phone and phone it and you we can’t hear it. To make it a fair test I decided to do this on two other devices a radio and two walks talk and it’s the same results, this experiment helps me understand what kind of radiation does it block, any questions?” “ yes i have a question” Fisk asks “ how much did this cost you to make “ “ only like $3” “ it’s amazing what science is like these days,well done peter”. We skip to the end of the contest and Wilson Fisk is making a speech “ I have seen, many amazing inventions today there are a lot of future scientists amongst us today, I’m not gonna start with the winner but I’m going mention some really good ones Mary Jane Watson’s , Liz Allan’s and Cindy moons, well done you were all great, however, there can only be one winner. This person is very intelligent, he’s a good speaker and reminds me of me when I was his age but only not as smart hahah, the winner of this competition is Peter Parker” the whole gym claps but this is the moment which peter hoped would never happen, he slowly walks up and the whole thing is in slow motion. He finally gets up to the stage and shakes fisks hand his ginormous compared to peter “ nice grip” Fisk says “ congratulations mr Parker, your a very bright young man, I hear by congratulate you with 40 thousand dollars which we will put into you bank so you can pay your college fees” peter looks shocked but he doesn’t want his money “ mr Fisk I’m 15 I don’t need to worry about college” “ oh nonsense peter, your never too young to worry for the future, once my newest business is started up “Fisk Technologies” I will offer you a job “ peter is given the large check of 40 thousand dollars and a photo is taken with him and Fisk just as a final photo was going to be taken with Fisk peter and the principle peters head goes fuzzy he doesn’t know what is going to happen he looks at Fisk and sees a red dot on the head of Fisk peter shouts “get down !” And he pushes Fisk out of the way making sure he avoids the bullet shot there are screams of terror people are running everywhere and tear gas is thrown in and the light goes out, the only light in the room is from s near by project which is flickering on and off we hear the sounds of smashing windows and the security guards are saying “mr Fisk we gotta get you out of here” when more gunshots are heard killing the guards next to Fisk. A bad guy with s gun sneaks up behind Fisk and is about to shoot him when peter swing in (dressed in his home made costume) kicking both of them sending them both through the wall “ Hey Willy” peter says “good to see you again, but I have ask why was that guy trying to kill you” “you again,you irritate me bug” “ well you could say thank you for saving your life” “ won’t you just shut up!” He picks up the knocked out gunman and throws him at spiderman peter moves and shots a web at the gun man and sends him flying back towards Fisk which hits him but doesn’t even hit him off balance peter jumps down and he goes to kick him out Fisk grabs his leg and smashes him into a few lockers , leaving a peter sized dent in it, Peter gets up ready to keep on fighting but Fisk punches him in the face he then grabs peter by the neck and throws him and the ceiling which crumbles with the tremendous force he then steps on peters chest we hear peters bones being crushed “I know you planned this, insect” “what are you talking about” peter replies “you don’t want me to be major because you think I’m evil well listen to this I’m a good man but all good men need to get their hands dirty to get places”he then lifts up peter by the neck and swings him around, throwing him into a classroom. Peter can’t get up, his injuries are too much “it’s a shame” peter says “ that a big guy like you, hits like a toddler “ peter picks up a table and throws it at Fisk he then some how gets up and webs fisks body and jumps to him kicking him in the face sending him flying on the floor Fisk however just rips the webbing and thrones peter once again through a wall he then picks up a big chunk of the wall and throws it at peter just as he gets up he charges through the wall sending peter flying up in the air he comes down and Fisk leans over him “ I’m gonna squash you ,bug” he is about to punch peter with the final blow when he hears sirens “hm, you got lucky this time, but don’t interfere with me again” he picks up peter and throws him out the window he lands in the car park onto a black car. We get a Stan lee cameo because he says “ damn it I just got that thing washed” we see Wilson Fisk running out of the school. He has torn he suit and made his face bloody just so it looks like he was attacked. He runs out with s limp and he is surrounded by cops “ mr Fisk are you okay “ “this was all the masked vigilante, the one who wears the red mask” “ did he do this to you “ “ yes he tried to kill me, but in order to defend myself I had to throw him out of the window, he landed in the parking lot out back, he could still be there” the cops sprint back to the car park only too see a car with a big dent in it but with no peter in sight, the cops look around but peter looks on from above with his mask off he is all bloodied up “what a dick” peter says as he lays down on the roof

The next scene happens 3 days later peter has taken a break from swinging around and decided to spend time with aunt may, after all she is still mourning the death of uncle Ben. Peter gets s flash back from when he got bitten by that spider, he begins to think what if he wasn’t bitten by that spider, Peter then comes back to reality after he hears the name Wilson Fisk, he is on the news “ that masked vigilante nearly killed me, he ruined a perfectly good event to make the teenager thrive on their academic ability but instead he ordered an attack on a place of knowledge, therefore I Wilson Fisk will pay for the reparations of this school so they will be educated” there is a graph on the screen stating that the am,out of people who support Fisk have risen from 20% to 75%. Peter says “how can a jerk like that be mayor” “ oh he’s not that bad peter after all he did give you 40 grand and is fixing your school” “ yeah but what if he isn’t what he says he is” “ if he isn’t a nice man then it will come out eventually, after all you don’t know a powerful man who hasn’t got dirty to get to power.” “Uncle Ben told you that” “your uncle Ben said a lot of things peter, it’s okay to steal them sometimes” “ so has Fisk got your vote?” “ Oh I haven’t decided yet, but if you don’t want me vote for Fisk I won’t” “ no,no, you vote for who you want” “ okay, thanks, peter oh your dinner is ready in the kitchen, you better eat all of your vegetables otherwise no cookies for you.

We now cut to Wilson Fisk he is sitting on his table eating steak, he is joined by his wife Vanessa. She looks much younger than him but is only a couple of years younger, she is attractive and has black hair, “is your steak cooked alright Vanessa ?” “ it’s very nice Wilson but it’s just a bit chew for my liking” “ would you like me to cook you a new one” “

No it’s okay Wilson don’t worry, it’s delicious” “ yes , you can thank Weasley, he told me the best steak to buy and what farmer to get it from, it came in fresh this morning” “ well I shall thank him next time I see him “ “ yes, Weasley deserves all the thanks in the world after all he has helped me so much” knock knock knock “ sir it’s me “ Weasley says sounding a bit worried “ ah speak of the devil “he says as he turns to Vanessa, he gets up and walks to the door “ Weasley,we were just taking about you” “ this is no time for chit chant sir, I have bad news “ “ okay, let’s step outside “ they go out side and start to talk “ what is the matter Weasley?” “ some more footage has been seen” “ what footage?!” Fisk says with an annoyed look on his face “ Well,to the press you said that the vigilante attacked you and tried to kill you, but the footage shows you brutality beating the vigilante” “ yes,but he attacked me first” “ technically that is not true as he saved you from the man with the gun” “ how do you know this Weasley?” “I presume that the footage came from the gunman, he filmed the whole thing to the moment where your tore your own suit and made your self bleed “ “ this footage, has it been released on any platform” “ it was released on you tube but it only had 7 views and was only up for 2 minutes before it was taken down” “ Good” “ however there are 2 more more things” what are they!!” Fisk says as his face starts to show a very angry expression “ well I know for certain that somebody else has the footage and it might have been recorded by 6 other people” “ who has the footage “ “hammer head” “ how does he have the footage how” “there are two possibilities, one is that someone recorded it and sent to him, another possibility is that we still have spies amongst us” “ make sure the footage , is gone in the next hour !!!!!!” Fisk picks up a plant pot and a small table and throws and the wall leaving a hole in it “ tell someone to put a picture there !!!!” Fisk storms back inside and slams the door

We cut to peter sitting on his desk and he is drawing something in a note book he seems to be destining a new suit which is red on the chest and arms but is blue underneath the arms it has a black the middle. He finishes the drawing and he leans back on his chair and lets out a big sigh. Peter gets a notification on his phone “ Fisk was put in therapy after traumatic attack’s at mid town high” peter scoffs “ attack, he nearly killed me I literally only had 3 hits in him, this is all some big publicity stunt so people feel sorry for him” as Peter is sitting on his chair he thinks to him self that he can’t let Fisk become mayor, who know what he will do once he’s mayor so peter decides to go after him and try and expose him for what he actually is so he gets his suit from a lose bit of wood under his bed and he puts it on he picks up his phone and puts it in his pocket peter puts a blue jacket on to hide his suit from aunt may and he leaves. We see him get out on the street and swing into the darkness.

We now cut to Fisk he is in his main office in the “Fisk construction”building he has opera music blasting on his speaker and is enjoying some candy. He types something on his lap top but because his hands are so big he destroys the keys “ great !!!!” Fisk says “ Fisk gets s knock on his big golden door “ come in!!!!!!!” He shouts Weasley walks in and says “ sir you’ve got to come with me it’s urgent” “ what is it Weasley I am not in a good mood” “ I’m well aware of that sir” he points to a hole in the wall “ but please sir, it’s about the footage from earlier, hammer head has said that if you meet up with him then he is willing to negotiate a deal” “ I thought you said you would retrieve the footage!!!!” “ we couldn’t sir” “fine!!!!!!,let me get cane” we see peter running up the building until he reaches the very top, he looks on through the big glass window as Fisk retrieves his cane and leaves with Weasley. “ oh come on I just got up here, I’m going to follow him and hopefully he will do something illegal” so peter runs back down the building an he sees a big black car we see Wilson Fisk and Weasley go into the car and it drives off and peter follows it, it drives relatively quickly and peter struggles to keep up with eventually it takes a turn and goes towards the docks they park and get out and stand in the cold, it starts to snow Peter lands on a boat, it shakes as he lands on it he observes as Fisk and Weasley stand there waiting, Peter gets his phone out and gets ready to record “ where is he Weasley?” “ must be running late sir” “ Weasley,thank you for being there for me” “ you don’t need to thank Wilson, it’s been a pleasure working for you” “ you say that like your leaving” “ I’m not the one leaving Wilson” Weasley takes a gun out of his pocket and shoots 2 bullets and Fisk, one in both of his legs. Fisk falls to the ground and peter starts recording “ Weasley,why?” “ he says looking betrayed “ I love my family Wilson they mean the world to me and when someone threatens them I do what I must to defend them” “ who is threatening them Weasley, we will work together to take them down” “ I don’t think you understand Wilson, your the threat, people to get to you will try to get to me so that is why I work for hammer head and have been for the past 3 years” “ hammerhead is a low life scum, why would you want to work for him” “ he offers me and my family protection something that you certainly can’t give” “ you were like a son to me Weasley, but I thought that in all the years you’ve worked for me you should have learned to not ramble when your here kill someone!!!” On the top of his cane there is a button, he presses it and a blade comes out of the bottom of it, he stabs Weasley in the leg and gets up and grabs him by the neck “ how are you standing” Weasley says gasping for air “ my whole suit is bulletproof, I’m always a target it seemed like a smart idea” “ I should have killed you in the school “ Weasley says ,he uses Weasley as a battering ram and smashes the car window with his then goes on to snap his back by crushing it on his knees, Weasley is now paralysed Fisk leans down and steps on his on his ribs we hear the sound of them crushing until there is one big snap, Fisk then punches Weasley full force in the face seven times, just to finish Weasley off he puts both of his hands together and like someone would with a hammer comes down on his face blood squirts every where and Fisk has a tear rolling down his eye “I’m sorry Weasley” Fisk walks off back to his car and he drives off. We see peter, he falls to the floor “why didn’t I do something, I just, just left that man to die, he may have been a bad guy ,but he didn’t deserve that ,why didn’t I do more” peter however realises that this footage is enough to put Fisk behind bars but at what cost.

The next day peter goes to school, his school has been repaired .He is in math and he is getting test results. Peter is the smartest in the class maybe even the school, he aces every test and has got a reputation for being really good academically. Peter is the last to get his paper back he is rather tired but also pretty annoyed after last night. He imagines himself getting an a plus as usual. His paper is placed in front of him upside down he flips it he has a big smile on his face until he realises what his grade is. His smile is no longer there, Petra jaw drops. He has a B-. This may not sound so bad but peter normally is an a grade student, this is the lowest he has ever gotten. Because peter has spent the last 3 weeks as spiderman he hasn’t had time to study. “ a b- ?, there must be some sort of mistake “ peter goes through the paper and realises it’s all his fault, he’s made stupid mistakes and and really speaking the teachers was generous enough to give him a b -. After class, peter has a free period so he goes to the library, he decides that the library is the best place to upload the video onto an hard drive just in case they track it to his house. He has to be very subtle about it otherwise people will know something is wrong with peter. He connects his phone to the computer with a usb and puts a hard drive in as well he transfers it and deletes it off his phone so no one can find it, he puts the hard drive in a small plastic bag and turns to leave when MJ is standing behind him “hey pete” “Oh um hi MJ” “what you got there “ “uhhhhhh, homework, for lmy uhhh English project” “peter we don’t have an English project” “ we don’t?,Oh right uhhh ok ahha” “ hahaha pete I think you need more oxygen, you should come out with me later” “ ummm yeah, what are you planning?” “Well me and some other girls and guys are going to this Christmas party in the community centre later it’s a 3 dollar entry” “ ummm I’ll think I’ll pass but maybe next time” “Oh ummmm ok, and my mom was asking if you an your aunt needed any help for Christmas for decorating or shopping well anything really” “I’ll have aunt may let your mom know, MJ have fun later I’ll see you around” peter was upset at the fact that it wasn’t just him and MJ, he has had a crush on MJ since he was 6. And also peter knows he needs to get the footage to the police it’s the right thing to do.

Fisk is watching Vanessa play the piano. It is a really nice tune, the tune ends and Fisk lets out a big clap “ magnificent,Vanessa it was truly wonderful, you should preform in front of millions” he kisses her head “ oh I could never do that Wilson, I struggle to preform in front of 5 people” Fisk gets a phone call it reminds that he has a press conference. In the press conference he talks about how he is saddened by the death of his best friend he calls him his son. He offers to pay the family a lot of money and pay for the funeral of Weasley, he says he’s also going to create a charity for families struggling called The Weasley foundation, he tells the story of how his father left him and his mother one day when he was 10 and all he left for Wilson was a beer, there was a note next to it drink it and become a man, the thing is that bottle was filled with water not shows how much his father cared. Fisk ends the conference by having people come out off doors with Christmas presents he also shots T-shirts’ out of cannons he leaves the room saying “merry Christmas everyone” he walks out waving his big white hand. He gets cheered and clapped by the audience.

Peter gets home and sees aunt may watching the news. He hears Fisks speech on Weasley and he just rolls his eyes, “hey aunt may, hows your day been” “ I finally finished up the Christmas shopping soo that’s good” “ oh um aunt may, MJ’s mom is asking is there anything she can do for Christmas” “ I’ll let her know if I need anything” “ anyway I have a lot of homework to do aunt may so I’m going to lock myself in my room for a couple of hours, if I don’t hear you it’s because I have headphones on, see ya” peter goes upstairs and puts his suit on he opens up the window but before he leaves he takes the flash drive out of his bag and puts it in his pocket and he jumps out the window and swings away we get to see the inside of the police station in queens. It’s large and very busy. There are people shouting and a lot of phones ringing. Pieces of paper are everywhere as well as laptops. We see a tall man who is around every mid age walk around. He has blonde hair and brown eyes. From his uniform we know that he is the captain. The captain walks to a door and opens it. It’s his office,it’s a tidy office with everything arranged in an orderly fashion, he has a big board with a map on it, there a pins on the map there’re are red blue and green pins each one symbols a different type of crime. This captain sits down on his chair and gets his phone out his lock screen is him with a blonde girl, she is very pretty , he unlocks his phone and begins to start texting “ hi sugar plum , couldn’t get hold of your mom, tell her I will be home later than usual. Dad “

She replies “okay but you don’t need to end every text with your name I know it’s you” “ Well I’m old deal with it”. He replies the captain sets his phone down and takes a sip out of a few seconds later there is a knock on the window outside and we see peter standing on the fire escape. He gets up and opens the back door and he says “ I thought I told you only to bother me when it’s urgent” “ this is urgent captain Stacey” “ what is it now?” “Fisk””Again,look kid I don’t think you understand we cant arrest Fisk without evidence, and plus he repaired a school and started a charity after his friend he ain’t a bad guy” “ then watch this “ peter takes out the hard drive from his pocket and hands it to captain stacey “ What’s this ?” “Evidence” “ why you vigilantes wanna do the cops job I’d never know, you and this guy from Hell’s Kitchen your both so dead set on bringing Fisk down” the Hell’s Kitchen dude “ “ yeah,you know him?” “ no,do you ?” “Officer Mahoney told me about him, he flips around and beats thugs up,kinda like you” “Well clearly we know the truth” “what’s on this hard drive ?” “It’s Fisk murdering Weasley” captain Stacey’s face goes from a little annoyed to completely confused, he puts the drive in and starts playing the video after he says “oh shit, how did you get this” “I followed his car” “then why didn’t you do something “ “ I don’t know,is this enough to arrest “ “ yes and no” “what do you mean?” “This does show clear evidence of murder,however, this is self defence as Weasley attacked him first” “can you arrest him?” “ yes, we can take him into custody but after he goes to court his sentence will be reduced due to it being self ppdefence” have you got any hard drives” peter asks “ yeah, why” “we need to make back ups, he won’t rest until the footage is destroyed so I’ll keep one and you will keep one and we’ll have a third one which will be hidden somewhere only you and me know” he hands peter two more flash drives peter installs the video on them he hands captain one “ put this in with the picture of your daughter hide it behind the photo” “ good idea, what’s your plan now” “ I’m gonna go to Fisk “ “ no don’t” “send your men there now, I’ll get there before them I’ll hold him off long enough so they catch him in the act trying to kill me “ captain Stacey picks up a microphone I need three cars of officers to come with me Fisk construction” he turns back around “ good luck” but peter gone

What we didn’t know from the last scene is that Fisk had cops on his payroll so instantly after captain Stacey spoke a cop called Fisk and told him what was happening, he is currently on the phone to the cop “ that is very irritating,why are they coming for me” “I don’t know captain Stacey didn’t say, do you want me to stop him” “ no, don’t , you need your job and I need you in the police station for me I’ll have someone else deal with this. Fisk hangs up and punches the wall behind him making a hole in it he picks his phone back up “ Enrique, I need you and your men to hold up the police anyway necessary , I need enough time to get Vanessa and me out of New York” “ yes boss I’ll send a helicopter to your building straight away” “no Vanessa first” he hangs up the phone and calls Vanessa “ Vanessa my darling, I need you to pack a bag for us two very fast , a helicopter will be on the roof for you in 5 minutes” “ Wilson what is wrong” “ I’ll explain every thing to you when pick me up but right now pack and if I’m not there when you land on my building tell the pilot to take you to my air field, there will be a plane waiting to take you wherever you want” we hear a knock on the glass then a voice “ hey willy the door was unlocked so I let myself in” we see peter walking into the room “ am I interrupting your phone call I’m sorry” “ Vanessa I have to go I will see you later” he hangs up the phone “ I don’t know why bother, I will snap you like a tooth pick” “ I would say that sounds fun, but your going to jail so it won’t be fun” “ that’s what you think, in 10 minutes you’ll be dead and I’ll be on the way to wherever my fiancé wants to go” “ the cops are right behind me Fisk, give up” “the police won’t be joining us for a while as I’ve set a little disruption which will give me enough time to leave” “ then I’ll have to take you in my self” just as peter says that his spider sense goes off and a big stone desk comes flying at him and it hits him back through the window “ I don’t have a lot of time so I must make this quick”, he gets a gun from his pocket and shoots it at peter peter moves just in time and he thwips a web at Fisks face he then webs Fisks arm but Fisk pulls the web towards him and in mid air he punches peter in the face. After that peter kicks him in the leg but Fisk isn’t fazed and he picks peter and drop kicks him into the wall Fisk is moving to peter and he kicks him in the ribs he then picks up peter by the leg and swings him around and throws him into the ceiling. Peter falls down, Fisk picks him up with one hand and strangles him in the neck . As Fisk is holding peter peter kicks him full force in the balls and then webs his face covering it. Peter webs Fisks legs and arms and then he trips him up. Fisk falls over cracking the floor, some way, some how Fisk breaks the webs and punches peter full force in the face this tears his mask a bit revealing his swollen lip which is bleeding, Fisk says “ I don’t have a lot of time, so die fast” peter replies “yo mama so fat I took a photo of her last Christmas and it’s still printing” he punches peter in the stomach and kicks him the stomach peter says “ how do you get a fat man to lose weight... you pay the ice cream man to keep driving”he picks up pete and throws him through the wall and into the bathroom, peter picks up a sink and smashes it on his face making Fisk bleed, Fisk punches peter back through the wall into the office Fisk goes to punch peter again but peter kicks him in the face sending him on the floor “ getting tired Fisk, don’t worry you can take a nap the cops will take you home” Fisk picks up a bit of rubble from the wall and throws it at pete sending him flying onto the big gold doors Fisk goes to punch peter but peter ducks and the doors fly open Fisk picks up peter and throws him on to the ground leaving a big dent in it Fisk kicks Peter in the stomach and picks up hits cane in the rack next to him, he presses the button the blade comes out and just as peter is going to be stabbed the police burst into the room and as Fisk loses concentration peter kicks him in the face sending him up in the air and back onto the ground, he is about to get back up and he is tased by 8 , cops he is unconscious. “ thanks guys” peter says then they all point guns at peter “whoa, whoa,whoa, we’re same side” “ same side?,your a vigilante “ “ put your guns down boys, he’s a good one” captain Stacey says as he enters the room “ what took you so long” peter asks “ shoot out,2 blocks from here” “well at least you turned up that’s the main thing”

We now cut to the police station from earlier, “ you wanna coffee” captain Stacey asks “ no, I’m good “ peter replies “what should I call you “ captain Stacey asks “ I don’t know , I haven’t decided yet, but I was thinking the human spider or Arachnid “ “those are pretty crap “ “ yeah I know” “ well if you want anything there’s a mini fridge there, I’ve gotta go and chat with the fat, do you mind staying here we need a witness” “okay “ captain Stacey Walks out. We see Fisk I the interrogation room. He is just sitting there staring at the glass. The door of the interrogation room opens and captain Stacey walks in “ ah captain Stacey, will you fetch me some water, I am parched” “your not getting any water fat boy,so shut up” “that was uncalled for” “cut the crap Fisk, I know your bad, you may have deceived people into voting for you but after word of you killing your friend gets out, threes no coming back” “ I didn’t want to kill Weasley, it was self defence” “ I get he shot you first but you didn’t have to kill him, in fact where are your bullet marks” “I don’t have any as my suit is bulletproof” “ fancy, must have cost you a lot of money” “ it did “ “let me ask you this, is Weasley the only person you killed” “ he,no he’s not I’ve killed before Weasley “ “ how many people “ “ a decent amount, “ “ your fiancé Vanessa, is she involved in any crimes you have committed or is innocent” “ my beautiful fiancé is as innocent as a person can be, she is an angle far different to me” “ what caused you to go to crime Fisk” “ I love this city, I’ll do what I must to protect it,however the people the ruin it, by being idiotic, if I became mayor then I could lead this city to better tomorrow, and I could be and idol to them all “ “ Your never going to become mayor Fisk” “one thing about New York is that the cops are pigs, they shoot first and ask questions later” “ if I wanted to shoot you I would have “ “I shall leave this police station unharmed “ “ ahaha no, your going to jail for a very,very long time” “you see captain Stacey freedom has a way of destroying things” “ did you just drop a Scott Westerfeld quote on me?” “I did “ BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM there is a big explosion behind outside the interrogation room and gun shots can be heard . We get to peters perspective. Before the blast peters spider sense goes off he sprints out of the room and sees dust everywhere, he hears gunshots peter sprints towards the noise and he sees 4 armed men, peter 2 of them to the wall, he then jumps in kicking the one but he ducks and he punches peter in the face peter kicks him in the stomach , and he gets a knife out he goes to slice peter but peter ducks and kicks the knife out of his hand and onto the ceiling, peter then webs his face and trips him up and webs him to the ground , peter busts into the interrogation room to see captain Stacey on the ground with Fisks foot on his chest the gun man next to Fisk throws 3 knifes at peter, peter dodges two of them but the other slices his arm revealing he bleeding flesh he then proceeds to throw a baton at peter which hits him in the face peter gets up to see Fisk holding captain Stacey with both hands “ his death will be on your insect” “ please, don’t kill him “ Fisk snaps his neck with his bare hands and throws his lifeless body at peter a big hole appears in the wall after a smaller explosion “ blow this place up Enrique “ “yes boss “ peter is about to run at Fisk when Fisk throws a desk at him sending him back through the wall there is one last big explosion and the whole police station comes down. With everyone inside.

We cut to Fisk sitting in a bulletproof van. “Enrique, has Vanessa left “ “no sir, she refused to leave without you, she is waiting for you in your air field” “ phone the pilot tell him to warm the engine of the plane up I suspect that we very tight with time. We cut to peter with debris and rubble all over him, he is trying to lift it but he can’t,”argggggggg,it’s too heavy , it’s too heavy, I can’t lift it I’m too weak, I’m sorry, I’m sorry aunt may, I’m sorry uncle Ben, I’ve failed you, I’ve failed you... peter collapses and lies there motionless. The screen goes white and we see peter falling from the sky and into a kitchen. He is sitting on a chair and he looks around “ this is my house, how did I get back here” “hello peter” a man says . This mans voice is sweet and kind, it has a tone of someone who is a good person to talk to peter turns around to see a elderly man who has is a little chubby and has silver hair like snow “ uncle Ben “ peter says “ your dead, so that makes me dead, I’m confused” “calm down peter your not dead” “then what am I?” “A very,very brave boy peter,that’s what you are” “ I can’t do this uncle Ben, I’m not cut out to be a hero” “ a person who falls and gets back up is much stronger than a person who never fell” “what does that even mean uncle Ben “ “it means get your ass back up pete, your going to be a man soon peter and your going to face many obstacles in your life but you got to remember obstacles do not block the path, they are the path” “stop saying all these quotes uncle Ben, they never work,people think they work because their all inspirational but the truth is they don’t “ “ your right pete, I’m just a crazy old man, but this is what you want to hear, this is all in your head pete, I’m just saying what your thinking, after all I’m just an illusion so I’m just gonna go and leave you work this out for yourself, because your a smart boy peter, very smart , but you just need to learn a few things about life, I’ll be here if you ever need me again peter, but just remember you’ve been given a gift, a curse and you’ve got to be responsible using it so in other words with great power comes great responsibilities” uncle Ben laughs as he is walking because he said another quote peters eyes open and he says to him self “ with great power comes great responsibility” peter with all his might and 10x more lifts up the rubble and he throws it up in the air. Peters suit is all ripped there holes everywhere. Peter gets up and he runs towards the fire brigade and the rest of the police “does anyone know which way Fisk went “ “ helicopters are following him, he’s on his way to New Jersey” peter jumps up and he swings in that direction

Fisk starts to panic as there is a road block ahead and cops behind him “tell Vanessa to get on the plane and tell the pilot to get ready to leave” “ but sir” “DO IT !!!!” “Hey boss,pigs are coming in close behind, what’s the plan?” “ blow them up!” The gun man opens the vans back door and picks up the RPG and fires it, he blows up all four of the police cars. “ there is a helicopter above,shoot that down also, he reloads the RPG and he fires it at the helicopter , the helicopter ones flying down and it blows up at the ground floor, destroying pedestrians car. “ get up in the van roof “ Fisk says “ destroy those cars in the road block ahed “Enrique climbs up and throws 2 grenades, they explode seconds before Fisks fan comes flying through, “ well done Enrique, get back in here before you get shot” Enrique sits down on the chair behind Fisk, “ well done Enrique, phone the air field , and get me a helicopter to come and collect me, we can’t keep this up for long, and phone back up to fire at the cops” the other 2 men in the car start firing ahed at the cops and clearing a path, they continue driving when the back doors of the van smash open and peter comes flying through it kicking Fisk in the head and he sends him out the car window, the car hits Fisk but it just stops peter jumps out of the window and he kicks Fisk again but Fisk says “ men get him, and give me some time” the back up appears and starts shooting at the cops, peter goes to punch Fisk when Fisk kicks him in the stomach sending him down to the ground, after that Enrique and 4 other people surround peter and point big blades at him, peter jumps up and kicks two of em, he then proceeds to web one of them in the face and he trips him up peter then jumps and shoots two of them with webs, this sticks them to the floor, it’s just peter and Enrique, Enrique gets a small knife out of his pocket and throws it at peter, peter moves as the knife slightly cuts a bit of the mask of, making peter bleed peter jumps towards him but he gets his baton out and he hits peter in the face with it and he falls to the ground he then presses a button on it and a taser comes out and he jabs it in peter, peter is in agony he is flopping like a fish, peter hears the helicopter and he sees Fisk running as the ladder comes down he gets on it as the ladders starts to go up , peter says that he can’t let this man win so he webs the door of the van and brings it towards him hitting Enrique sending him flying onto the ground peter webs him too it, and we shoots a web at the ladder and he starts to climb up the web. Fisk sees this and starts to shoot at peter, peter moves out of the way and and jumps further up the ladder, Fisk shoots again but peter moves and he jumps up further Fisk kicks Peter in mid air and sends him flying back down peter thinks all hope is lost but he try’s one last thing and shoots two webs, it’s very close, everything goes in slow motion as peter webs are inches away from the helicopter, it looks like they are just going to miss whe it connects and peter is holding on for dear life Fisk gets in the helicopter and looks down to see peter still alive, still holding on he gets his gun out and shoots at peter destroying one of the webs peter is holding on with one web and he starts to climb the web, he gets to the helicopter when he says “ hey willy, can’t get rid of me that easily” Fisk is enraged and goes to punch peter only to punch the wall of the helicopter, peter is on the roof “ oh I’ve got I few more fat person jokes, wanna hear them...” he goes to punch peter but destroys a bit of the roof “ what do you call a fat psychic?????... a four chin teller , ahahahha” Fisk goes to punch peter but makes another hole “ okay willy this is s serious question, can fat people go skinny dipping? Cos it’s something that’s really bugging me” Fisk punches the roof one last time but this time he does through and damages the propellers “ oh man that’s gonna be a problem” “ well it’s your fault “ “ how the hell is this my fault, precious?” Fisk goes to punch peter again but he hits the wall “ stop punching things” “then stand still” “ look Fisk we gotta get your pilot out of here so hand him that parachute” “ no “ he puts the parachute on and jumps out “ okay looks like it’s just you and me guy” the guy jumps out “ okay, looks like it’s just me” peter sees Fisk down below and he jumps down, Fisk opens his parachute but peter grabs on his back “yo mama so fat, she jumped in the water and people yelled tsunami” “won’t you get off me” “yeah I kind of stick to things sooooooo” “ SHUT UP!!” “ hey Fisk do you try to lose weight or does it just find you” Fisk is shaking trying to get peter off “ I’m never going to leave you Fisk, we were made for each other” “ARGGGGGGGGG” “you know what Fisk , your not fat, your in shape... it’s a shame it’s the wrong one hahahahahaha” they both land and they are both hurt , Fisk takes off the parachute and kicks Peter in the stomach then he throws him in the air, fisk starts running as fast as his fat legs can carry him towards the air port, peter is down on the ground and the helicopter lands right behind him there are flames everywhere, peter sees Fisk running and he chases after him, Fisk jumps over a wall and runs onto a road, peter is close behind Fisk, fisk continues running until he reaches his air field he runs past the gate, he can see his black and gold private jet ahed, he pushes past security he is mere seconds away from his plane he runs up the steps and shouts “START THE PLANE” Vanessa runs to Fisk to hug him when a web hits him and pulls him out “ hey willy can’t leave me that easily” “ LET ME LEAVE WITH MY FIANCÉ “ he punches peter in the face, he then proceeds to pick up peter and throw him into a car after that he rips off the car door and starts to beat peter with it, peter kicks Fisk in the balls and goes to web his face, but he realises that he has no fluid left so peter jumps in kicking Fisk, Fisk falls into the car, but he picks up the car and hits peter with it this sends peter flying. “Fisk hears sirens, he shouts “ GO, FLY AWAY, I LOVE YOU VANESSA, I ALWAYS HAVE AND I ALWAYS WILL” the engine of the plane hums to life as it starts to move up the run way and fly into the sunset “ IF IM GOING TO JAIL,THEN YOUR GOING TO DIE” he picks up peter with one hand by the neck and uses the other to punch him in the stomach and ribs he then proceeds to throw peter in the ground and start to punch him “ are you sure your fat arms can continue this physical activity willy, cos your look tired” peter kicks Fisk in the stomach, then he picks up s lamp post and smacks it over fisks head, this makes him bleed, after that peter kicks him in the face then in the stomach, he then picks up that same pole and uses it to smash fisk in the ribs, Fisk falls to the ground this could be all he could take, however peter feels something wrong is going to happen as Fisk kicks him in the leg and pulls him down. Fisk gets up and holds peter up side down, peter sees this as his chance to grab fisks trousers and yank them down, peter is released from his grasp , peter tackled him to the ground and kicks him in the face, Fisk is getting tired, in one last attempt he picks up the pole and he hits peter with it like a base ball, most of peter suit is torn, Peter runs towards Fisk, fisk goes to hit peter with the pole but peter jumps and runs across it, peter with all of his force and all of his might uses his knee to hit Fisk up the jaw, making a few of his teethe come out, Fisk is all worn out, he surly can’t take any more, he turns around face filled with blood, peter picks up the pole and smashes it on fisks face sending him down, he is out cold. Peter collapses with exhaustion right next to fisk. Minutes later peter wakes up and is surrounded by police and medical staff, he is still at the airfield, peter touches his face to check if his mask is still on. It is “ relax” a medical person said “ we have no interest in who you are “ “thanks, hey what time is it?” “It’s 9pm” “ I need to go “ “ we’re not done doing tests on you you have broken ribs and fractured bones” “look, I’m pretty sure I have this healing factor which helps me heal faster sooo I’m good, but is there anyone who can give me a ride back to New York” “ I thought you had webs” “ the webs are a fluid which I created” “wow I really thought you were some sort of spider,man you must be smart” “ that’s it, my name it’s spiderman, thanks I was struggling to think of a name” “umm that’s okay, if you want a ride talk to the cop over there” “ Great,see ya” peter limps over to the cop and they both walk off.

1 week later , it’s Christmas Day. Peter and Aunt may have just finished their dinner. They are both washing up, there’re is a lot of trash in the bins so peter says “I’m gonna take this out for you aunt may ,you have fun here” “peter out on a sweater it’s snowing outside” “yeah,yeah,I’ll do it” peter puts on his very festive Christmas sweater and walks out. Peter walks outside and jobs to the bin “ hey pete” a familiar voice says “ merry Christmas MJ “ “ I like your sweater “ “ thanks, um I like your jacket” “ haha, thanks, did you hear about that spiderman who brung down Wilson Fisk” Peter let’s out a small smile “ yeah I heard of him” “ I think he’s kinda cute” peter starts to laugh, they both start to laugh “ merry Christmas peter” she says as she kisses him on the cheek “see you around,tiger” she goes back into her house looking at peter ,peter does the same looking at her. He walks into his house and says to aunt may that he going upstairs to go on his new lap top. He walks up stairs and enters his room, he locks the door behind him and moves a tile on his ceiling, out of it falls the suit he was designing earlier, he puts it on and looks at him self in the mirror “ gotta say I look pretty cool” he says as he pulls down his mask, peter opens his window and jumps out of it we then see a similar scene to the one in spiderman PS4 where he shows off his suit, he swings past people, runs on roof tops and windows, and even gets clapped and cheered by the citizens, the movie ends with peter webbing on to a wall and jumping off of it, showing off the blue spider on the, the movie ends with with the camera zooming in on the spider, from the spider comes the title of the movie Spider-man

End credit scene 1

Peter has just started back at school, he arrives home and sees the house is empty, he walks up stairs to his room and sits down on his chair by his desk, he sits there and lets out a big sigh. Then we hear a voice “ mr Parker good to see you” a tall black man walks out of his closet, peter falls off of his chair and says “who the hell are you “ ” I’m nick Fury” “and do you usually hide in 15 year olds closets ?” “ to be honest with you this wasn’t my first option, get your jacket there is a few things we need to discuss” “why me?” “ cut the bull shit, Parker, I know who you are and I know what you do in your spare time” “how?” “It’s my job kid, now let’s go”

End credit scene 2

We see a dark apartment with only one light coming from the tv the lady on tv states “attempted mayor Wilson Fisk has been sent to prison, his sentence is yet to be determined, but we know for sure that it will be a very long time. We can thank the masked vigilante spiderman for putting him behind bars, more on this story as it develops.” We see a man, he has a look of seriousness on his face he says “ with Fisk behind bars there’s probably a few messes to clean up, so let’s get to work, the man and the camera turn around to show the dare devil costume, the camera cuts to black and we see these words
